Beautifully Renovated Secured 2br/2bth Condo - 1 Block From Beach & Downtown

Completely remodeled 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Tamarindo vacation rental condo with all new furnishings, shared pool, fully equipped kitchen, king and queen beds, AC, Cable TV and wifi internet. Bedrooms have king size in the master bedroom, the second bedroom has queen size bed with an additional twin loft bed to sleep 5 in total. The living room has a new sofa bed as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern updates and has everything to cook, plus appliances coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, etc.

There is plenty of closet space in each bedroom at this Tamarindo vacation rental. Balcones del Pacifico is very peaceful complex and properties share a beautiful common area and large swimming pool, lounge chairs and lawn area. This condo is the perfect space for a peaceful and relaxing vacation, great for couples and small families. The condo is located just 1 block from the beach and downtown Tamarindo so you would never need a vehicle. There is a grocery store a half a block down the street as well as a food court, park, and taxi stand.
The property manager can help make arrangements for transportation, tours, car rentals, etc...and speaks fluent English and Spanish.

Tamarindo beach is perfect place to learn how to surf, kayak, paddle board and more! The town is a surf meca and is known from the famous Endless Summer surf video. You can learn how to surf on the perfect beach break in Tamarindo or venture out to near by surf spots. The town also offers a variety of shopping, restaurants, outdoor activities or simply relaxing. What a fantastic stay we had at Jennifer’s condo! The location cannot be beat!! You are minutes away from everything!! The place is in very good shape. We also appreciate the 5 gallon drinking water supply. The ACs worked all really well! Only thing to remind fellow travelers is to bring your own shampoo and conditions plus soaps. Lots of VRBOs do not provide those like hotels do. The nearest supermarket closes at 9pm if you need to buy some.

Central location in downtown Tamarindo

Location was amazing. Less than 2 minute walk to beach and every style of cuisine you can imagine. Amazing sunsets. Local grocery was literally a minute walk away for beer, water and any essentials. Complex was well kept and the pool was always clean. The unit we stayed in was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Air Conditioning mini splits worked perfect and cooled the condo down quickly coming back from those hot beach afternoons surfing. Zero regrets and look forward to coming back again!

There was a mixup with key code to property. I called owner who answered promptly. However, she was short with me. Another guest helped. Other than that issue, it was a wonderful stay with friendly help. Grounds were very clean.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at Balcones de Pacifico Apt #1 and would highly recommend it. Our host made sure we had everything we needed, including cooking utensils, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, etc. The beach chairs we used both at the pool and at the beach. The beds were comfortable and firm and the linens were hotel quality. We had wifi and a TV. The location was perfect with shopping and restaurants steps away and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach! The grounds were always well kept and the pool was always clean! The only negative I would say was the unit itself is located right beside the gate, so you would hear people and the gate as they were coming and going, but since there aren't a lot of people in the building it wasn't overwhelming and rarely late at night. We would definitely stay again!smaTV

Another Excellent Trip

This was our second year staying in this unit: We love the location, pool area, the layout of the unit, and how clean everything is. The beds, linens, and pillows are very comfortable. The property manager, Jennifer, is a great resource, very helpful, and responsive. Highly recommend for your own Tama travels!

Perfect location, so clean and comfortable!

From check in to check out, we loved our stay! We felt so safe with the check in/codes and communication. The gorgeous blue pool was SUCH a bonus! Walking distance to coffee, ALL restaurants in Tamarindo, night life, and the El Mercadito SO close! We also walked to the small market for essentials! The cleanliness was TOP NOTCH, the beds were comfortable, the a/c SO cool; the little things like coffee and filtered water meant so much! Thank you for our amazing vacation stay! Can’t wait to come back!

It was Home

We stayed here for 3 weeks in February with 2 young kids and 3 adults. The was responsive and helpful if we ever needed anything. This place was a pleasant surprised. We were taken aback on how much space the living area had. The Master bedroom was large and had a walk in bathroom. The second bedroom had bunk beds, which would be ideal for kids. There is a separate 'common' area with the bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom so that you can close off the living room/kitchen area if you need to keep noise out. It also has space to store your suitcases or overstock clothes if you need to. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you possibly need. We cooked quite a bit during our stay and found it easy to navigate with the tools they had available. The living area was nice and there is a cute balcony that faces the pool area. The pool itself is great and the neighbours around tend to be really nice people and we got to know a few of them during our stay. The condo seems to attract friendly people. The only complaint I had was that the internet can be brutal. I had work a couple days and found myself having to switch to mobile hotspot bc the bandwidth wasn't that great on wifi specifically(the TV that uses streaming was excellent though). Jennifer mentioned that this is typical in the area and others confirmed this. Other than that, this place was really well thought out to each detail. I truly felt at home here and already miss it.

Very comfortable condo

We loved the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. Our only issue was that the pool was fairly dirty and there was limited places to sit around the pool. Unfortunately, other short-term renters would monopolize the chairs by putting their towels down first thing in the morning. I am sure this drove the residents crazy. Otherwise, great stay.

Great access to beach and town. Walked every where in Tamarindo. Staff at condo was very friendly and helpful, everyone we encountered was pleasant throughout out our stay. Only negative, if you have a vehicle, parking is limited.

Wonderful stay in Tamarindo!

We really loved this location and would stay here again. It is minutes away (a 2-5 minute walk) from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and anything else you might need. We did not rent a car and we had no problems walking everywhere we wanted to go. During our stay we met several other residents of the condos and everyone was lovely, friendly, and helpful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There are towels for pool use but not for the beach so if you plan to visit the beach make sure to bring towels or plan to buy some. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because the master bed is very creaky and it makes a lot of noise every time you move. My husband and I used earplugs and we were ok but I would not have slept without them. Overall, we recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed staying at your condo! It is very clean, beautifully renovated, very spacious, has everything that you need to enjoy your vacation! The condo is located close to all the restaurants and activities, we did not have to move our car at all. Excellent condo in walking distance of the beach

We were so happy with this condo and its location. The beds were especially comfortable, and our family of five was very happy there. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare the meals we had at the condo, and the location was within walking distance of so many dining options. We didn't have to move the car for the three days we stayed, which was great.
