This exclusive semi-detached house 'Schöne Aussicht' is ideal for guests with a high level of comfort. Here you will experience the highest level of living comfort on around 140 square meters. The house is ideal for up to 4 people + toddler with two beautiful bathrooms and directly adjacent bedrooms on two different living levels.

The many windows in the entire house offer you a light-flooded living atmosphere and on the upper floor a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.

The modern and very high quality furnishings exude an elegant atmosphere.

Tiles throughout the house also give allergy sufferers a clean environment.

Another highlight of the house is the luxuriously furnished sauna area in the basement with entrance area.

In the colder seasons, a wood-heated fireplace or underfloor heating warms the house.

A free WiFi connection enables you to keep up to date even while on vacation.


Ground floor: The combined living, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor combines a tasteful ambience with maximum living comfort. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped and has enough dishes. A TV and a CD radio have also found a place here. A children's chair is also available.
The adjoining bedroom is furnished with a custom-made double bed and high-quality built-in closet for your travel essentials. Of course, the windows can be darkened (no roller shutters) and we also thought of insect screens in the bedrooms. The adjoining stylish bathroom is equipped with a toilet, vanity, barrier-free shower and towel radiator.

Upper floor and gallery with a view of the Baltic Sea: Here the spacious and bright living area shines with its fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. There is also a flat screen TV, DVD player and music system with iPod docking station and CD. The luxurious leather furniture and the wood-burning fireplace complete the entire ambience. Numerous lanterns are available for an even more pleasant atmosphere.

On this living level there is also a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. When you wake up in the morning, you can already see the Baltic Sea.

Another elegant bathroom with toilet, vanity, shower and hairdryer is available on this level. You don't even have to do without the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea while showering.

The gallery is located above the living area, due to the modern open construction of the house, this area is somewhat sensitive to noise. Nevertheless, the boat-shaped beds made with love are a special place to sleep for young and old.

Basement with sauna area:
There is a separate room here that is ideal for storing your suitcases.
You can access the luxurious sauna area via an anteroom in which the washing machine, sink, broom cupboard and a large freezer have found their place. Equipped with music system, CD and iPod docking station, CDs, books, separate XXL shower and a small, elegant guest toilet with sink.

In the exclusively glazed sauna (for a fee) you can really let your mind wander.
After the sauna session you can listen to the music on the available couches or read a book from our small collection. You are also welcome to sit outside via a separate exit.
