Welcome to our apartment, located in the center of the city of Chania!
The apartment consists of two bedrooms with a common balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a balcony and a dining room.
Free internet is available in all rooms of the apartment.
Just a short distance from the apartment you will find all the major sights and shops of the city, such as the municipal garden (1 minute), the municipal market and a taxi stop (6 minutes) and a bus station (9 minutes).

The apartment is on the 3rd floor but the building has an elevator.
The size of the apartment is 70 square meters.

This apartment is composed as follows:

▶ 1st Bedroom: Has 1 double bed, a drawer and air conditioning.
▶ 2nd bedroom: It has 2 twin beds that can be joined and become a double bed, a closet and air conditioning.

The 2 bedrooms have a common balcony.

▶ A fully equipped kitchen with a small table and 2 chairs. (Refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cookware, dishes, glasses, and cutlery)

▶ A bathroom with shower, washing machine, toilet, basin, mirror and hot water.

▶ There is an open space that contains the living room and dining area.
The open space has air conditioning and a small balcony.
The dining room consists of a table with 4 chairs while the living room consists of a couch with a table and a furniture that you will find a TV and some books.

▶ Free internet is available in all areas and towels are also provided.

▶ Just a minute by walk, you will find the municipal garden of Chania, which contains a historic cafe, a children's municipal library, outdoor cinema and various animals such as the Cretan kri-kri.
Also around the apartment you will find many shops, cafes, bakeries and mini market. Within 6 minutes you will find the Municipal Market of Chania where it is the reference center for the locals.

The apartment is located on a street parallel to Tzanakaki Street.
Tzanakaki street is one of the most important streets of Chania with public services and many shops. At Tzanakaki Street and just a minute's walk from the apartment, you will find the municipal garden of Chania, where you will find one of the oldest cafes in Europe.
At Sfakion Street, where you find the apartment, is a very quiet street that consists of apartments and offices.
You can walk to anywhere in the city, as all the sights are within a few minutes.

Chania is a small town so you can go anywhere by walking.
The bus station for distant destinations and the airport is 750 meters away (10 minutes by walking), while the bus stop for nearby beaches is 650 meters away(9 minutes by walking).
Taxi can be found within 400 meters (6 minutes by walking)
You can find to park in the surrounding streets but it will not always be easy to find a place. Τhere are 2 private parking spaces near the apartment.
