Who St. He knows Peter-Ording, you can't live better than here on Friesenstrasse! Our very spacious new luxury apartment is located in an absolutely preferred and quiet residential area in the front area of this low-traffic side street of the popular district of Ording.
Here you can smell the sea! The apparently infinite Ordinger Strand - the only real bathing beach in SPO, also called the 'largest sandpit' in Germany - can be easily reached on foot via the beach path in a few minutes. The center of St. Peter-Bad with all tourist infrastructure incl. Restaurant Gosch, the promenade, wellness dune thermal baths, pier and stilt houses are only a short walk away. Restaurant, bakery, bike rental, bus, playground in 2 minutes. The location couldn't be better - everything on foot ...!

Description of the apartment with outdoor area: Please also see under 'Equipment'. Our very spacious holiday home extends from the upper floor to the attic of the house. Exclusively equipped, the apartment is characterized by very bright rooms with a lot of daylight. The light-flooded living and dining area (with a fireplace and multimedia area) is followed by a top-modern open brand kitchen, which convinces with the highest quality appliances and equipment. On the main floor there is also one of the two daylight bathrooms with underfloor heating, the double bedroom and the small child / single room 'bunk'. Furthermore, the valuable utility / storage room, as well as the large hall / cloakroom with underfloor heating. The roof studio delights as a closed additional large living / sleeping area with 2. Bath.

Outside you can expect the spacious and sunny balcony with dining area, high-quality garden furniture, beach chair and garden area. The property (1,600 m2 in total) is well maintained and offers a private parking space and lockable bike shed.

Our luxury domicile is also particularly child-friendly. It is a holiday property with special suitability for travelers with children of all ages, v. a. due to the correspondingly extensive and high-quality, child-friendly equipment.
For the very little guests there is a travel cot, high chair, step stool and other baby / toddler equipment such as changing facilities, baby bath, night light, bottle warmer etc.
The separate roof studio with generous multimedia equipment is particularly suitable for young people.
