It takes just minutes to walk into the village to grab a bite to eat or an ice cream cone. A short 5 minute drive will take you to Echo Lake, Bass Harbor Head Light, or Seawall. Don't want to drive? Be sure to load up on the free Shuttle bus that services the whole island it will pick you up right at the end of the driveway. There's also a Great company, Acadia Sail located next door at the marina that offers the best boat tours, they have many types to choose from....not just Sail boats!
