Expected more

Broken elevator. No explanation about amenities being unavailable. Disappointing considering i booked here based on amenities available for kids and teens. Staff was scarce, no explanation at check-in after learning it was our first visit.

Decent stay

The check in process could be quicker. You check in at the front desk then they make you go to the concierge to finish checking in. Overall it's in a good location and the property is nice. There's always an activity going on at the hotel.

Bait and switch

This was the definition of a bait and switch. None of the pictures were representative of the property we were given. There were ants in every room, even in the microwave. We arrived very late because of a family emergency and were exhausted the check in process went smoothly, but the unit they gave us was off property across a construction area and the master tub was half full of water not draining and dripping faucet. They gave us another unit in the same rehabbed motel. When we woke up the next morning the sheets in my kids room were dirty with blood on them. None of my kids had a cut on them. They did respond immediately and changed all the sheets which was very appreciated. The property is on a busy road which you have to cross to get to the parking lot. The cars do not stop at the stop sign and let you cross, I was afraid my kids would get hit crossing if I wasn’t with them. The spots in the parking lot are very tight and even though I parked away from other cars as much as possible my rental car was still damaged in that lot enough that the rental company is charging me to fix it. Don’t think that this property will be anything like the pictures on the site. I have pictures of the property that I will share with the host so they can update the site.

Great vacation spot

Check in was very easy and quick, the room was very nice had plenty of room for everyone. There was 2 pools they where about 5 feet deep at the deepest point so it was great for the kids and adults. It was right by Walmart so that was quick and covenant.

Great suite and stay

Really enjoyed the view from the balcony and the pool. Understandable that some things weren’t in service due to Covid. We had a great time anyways. The kids loved the jacuzzi tub!

The pool was jammed packed. Never got to Visit since not many chairs. Also if you book through VRBO - you do not get the one pictured. When checking in - they try to sell you hard on purchasing a share. Probably would never go back.

Nice place

Stayed with 4 kids and the overall stay was ok. Very clean and friendly staff. Very disappointing that the kids pool, hot tub and slide were closed, which are some of the main attractions with children. Covid has no role in shutting these down since both pools were full each day.

Stay was short and sweet

Was only there 2 days. Hot tubs closed bc of CoVid. Said they would be available when I asked before booking. Disappointed with that. The room was spacious and clean. Happy with everything else.

Check-in was at 4pm and the unit wasn't ready until 8pm. It was frustrating and exhausted.

Nice place. Lots of amenities.

Nice place. Lots of amenities. Very easy rental via VRBO. Unfortunately since the property is a Wyndham resort they still try to get you to sign up for their timeshare presentation when you check in. Other than that, really like the place.

Beautiful Resort!

This resort was absolutely stunning. The two bedroom suite was so spacious, the beds were comfortable and the balcony overlooked the swimming pool. The hot tub was not working for part of the stay, but we got to use it a few times. We were traveling for my daughter's USTA National competition. It took us about 30-40 minutes to drive to the Broward County Convention Center, which was expected. If you have a rental car, you can get to the sister properties and the beach easily. We went to Wal Mart, bought groceries for breakfast and lunch, so we only ate out in the evenings. They have enough pans and dishes to cook and serve the entire family. There is a toaster and coffee maker, they give you coffee filters, coffee, dishwasher soap and laundry soap if you ask them. We would definitely come back and stay at this resort. Thank you for making our week comfortable and relaxing!
