Austin's abundant sunshine and beautiful natural surroundings entices nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. There are several opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, such as hiking, biking, camping, and water sports of all kinds on the area's lakes and rivers. You'll find numerous award-winning golf courses to choose from, as well as serene botanical gardens and nature preserves where you can enjoy the local flora and fauna.



It's also know to be the "Live Music Capital of the World" and houses a large number of entertainment options and unique attractions along with hundreds of music venues. The resort is located just two short blocks from the city's infamous 6th street where there is almost 200 musical acts each night of the week. Sixth Street is distinctly Austin, Texas with its colorful and bustling array of bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. It is a sure bet for experiencing local characters and the vibrancy of the city.

A fantastic stay

Property was clean and well organized. The location was perfect and within walking distance to many restaurants. Bed was incredibly comfortable and we enjoyed our stay!

The 1 bedroom suite was perfect. Everything was stylish and clean. The location was walkable for exploring downtown. Would be hard to find a better place in Austin.

Great apartment

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooftop pool and fire pit at night were lovely. The apartment was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed and pull out couch were comfy and we slept well. Just a note, parking is $35/day.

Good Spot in Austin

We had a good stay here. The location was very central and the place was very clean. I didn't realize when booking that is more of a hotel/suites space than an apartment, but I may just not have read closely enough. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only down side was that the elevators can get very slow and backed up when it's busy. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Great host, Great location, Great unit!

We really enjoyed the stay. Really nice place, patio facing the 6th St downtown area. Great common areas. So much to do and all walking distant. We went for the F1 race so just took the downtown shuttle to the track. Be aware, this is a Club Wyndham so from the moment you check in, the sales folks will be all over you. Claiming you have to complete the check in with them; you don’t. They will call the room, they leave cards at your door. So if not interested in listening to their spiel, tell them so they are crystal clear on leaving you alone. Would definitely come back here!

First Time in Austin

Property was very clean and well taken care of. Great views of the city from both the room and the pool deck. Daily parking fee was exorbitant. Would recommend this unit to others.

Great place, Close to 6th street.

Had an event at the convention center is was to hot to walk so the options from here were Uber which cost 6.98, a scooter or a bicycle which were cheaper. The condo had everything we needed, it was clean. Bed in the living room couch was even comfortable.

This apartment was absolutely amazing! It was spacious but cozy and felt like a home away from home, even though it’s just two blocks off of 6th street. The W/D came in handy during SXSW, as did the full kitchen. I’m heading back to Austin this week and was sad that I couldn’t stay there again. Book it— you’ll love it!

Excellent property, centrally located

We stayed here for ACL Fest. We used Jump Bikes and scooters to get around town. Whole Foods is a 10-minute walk. The pool is lovely and a great place to relax. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

Spotless suite with great views and tons of space

The room was impeccably clean, very spacious, quiet, great views, small terrace, nice kitchen. The location is very convenient if most of your action is downtown. Service at property is exceptionally nice, however lose one star for struggles with certain operational elements since the Wyndham just opened a month ago. (For example, they ran out of water for purchase both nights we stayed there, which wouldn't be a big deal if there were any stores close by.)

Communication before my arrival was great. Staff at the building super helpful and the apt itself is great. Clean and nicely set up. The building has a great pool and outdoor roof space to hang out.
