Guests staying within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club have access to the community pool and beach access point only.

Inside, an open floor plan gives the living area a bright and airy feel. Comfortable seating centers around a cozy fireplace, and a flat screen TV offers an easy place to unwind after exploring Ponte Vedra Beach. Natural light fills the space, creating a welcoming environment for quiet moments or shared downtime.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to 4 guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, its own flat screen HD TV, and direct lanai access. The second bedroom features two twin beds and an additional flat screen TV, making it well suited for families or friends traveling together.

Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen supports simple meals at home, complete with major appliances, a dishwasher, and space to cook at your own pace. The dining table offers a comfortable setting for shared meals or lingering conversations after a beach day. Coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and other kitchen essentials are provided for everyday convenience.

Everyday essentials
Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed. The home includes air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. Bathroom essentials are provided, and the unit includes a bathtub and hair dryer.

Parking and entry
A private entrance ensures easy arrivals, and free parking is available on the premises with space for two vehicles.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.
