Rosalie, We are happy to hear you enjoyed the condo. We suggest that our owners have a deep clean completed in the spring before summer rentals and in the fall after the summer rentals. Palmetto bugs are native to the area and tend to pop up every now and again. We hope you will visit again soon!

Kimberly - Great to hear that you enjoyed Sand Pebbles! The parking at the condominium complex can be a bit tricky. With the beach less than a minute from the front door of this property and restaurants and shops within walking distance, guests wont need to drive around much! James, thank you for your review. These properties are individually owned and decorated to the owner’s taste, so they are very different from a motel that leaves plastic cups in the bathroom for guests each day. In looking into your reservation I see that you booked on HomeAway and the nightly rate that they advertise is actually an Average Nightly Rate, plus they charge you a fee for booking on their site, so I can see why you feel you had many administrative fees. We provide a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom; we have a list of items to bring on our website and our staff would have been happy to answer any questions that you may have had. I hope that you will consider speaking with one of our reservation specialist directly next time to ensure you have a positive stay.
