We are 4 miles from Dollywood, 1 mile from Tanger Outlet Mall, within walking distance to theaters and restaurants. The trolley has a stop at the end of the drive near the Dunkin doughnut shop. Nearby attractions include Country Tonight Theater, Memories Theater, Titanic Museum, Hard Rock Cafe, Wonderworks, Dixie Stampede Dinner Show, Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, Hollywood Wax Museum, The Apple Barn & Cider Mill, The Incredible Christmas Place, and The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel at The Island. We are a short drive to Gatlinburg, Bass Pro Shop, Smoky Mountain Knife Works, Cades Cove, go cart tracks, putt-putt courses, Alpine Mountain Coasters, and much more. The restaurants are ENDLESS, the only problem will be in deciding where to eat.

This 6th floor unit offers a King size bedroom, Queen size bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa, it will provide you with plenty of space to enjoy a long weekend or an extended stay. A fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, beautiful maple cabinets, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, a full-size washing machine and dryer gives you all the amenities of home. Enjoy the master bath that has a double granite vanity, walk-in shower, and a jetted tub. Off the living area and connected to the Queen bedroom is a full bathroom with granite counters. The dining room and living room have wood floors, an electric fireplace with a beautiful mantle and custom stone surround, ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms, and a flat screen smart TV in the living area and both bedrooms have TV's. All the comforts of home! Just want to stay in and rest, the new recliners and sofa are a great spot to nap, read, watch TV, or just enjoy a little quiet time. Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit.

We will provide a starter supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, dish washing detergent, washing machine detergent, and trash bags. Linens and towels are provided.

The condo building has a convenient elevator and guest carts. Handicap friendly features that include 36" doorways and ramps. Be sure to check out the hot tub that is open year round as well as the large outdoor heated pool that is open April through October. There are wristbands located in the condo that are to be worn while in the pool area, PLEASE return them when you return to the condo. The new indoor heated pool is now open!! The kids will love the outdoor playground and large yard that has a beautiful view of the mountains. New to MountainView a walking path, shuffle board, and a basketball court.

This complex has a NO PET policy that is strictly enforced, if anyone is caught bringing a pet you will be asked to leave immediately and the rental fee will not be refunded. If you have service animals you must provide the proper ADA documentation prior to your arrival. This is a NO SMOKING condo, NO EXCEPTIONS!
