Condo is furnished with king size bed,folding sleeping sofa,desk ,two 42 inch TV,kitchen,refrigerator,electric stove,coffee maker toaster,blender.
On the 6 th floor there is a pool and a pool bar with cocktail service,spa,nail bar,tanning and much more.
Upon arrival check in with Palms place front desk which is open 24/7.
Show your ID and credit card (optional) if you wona order room service or hotel services.
Direct 180' strip view from the unit.
Spacious bathroom with the rain shower and jacuzzi.
This luxury complex has shuttle to Las Vegas Blvd.
free valet and self parking.

The Palms Place Pool will close on November 1, 2023 to allow for prescheduled repairs and maintenance. Additional updates regarding Pool operations will be forthcoming. Thank you for your patience as we continue to enhance and maintain the property.

Room at the palms

Renting was easy, but when it came time to communicate when we got to Las Vegas, the owner NEVER responded to my messages. The fridge is an old hotel drink and snack fridge which the fridge part was 3/4 an ice maker that didn't work, so no room really in the fridge and there was no ice in the building... The coffee maker was one that made a single cup of coffee, that required those little pods ( not a Keurig ) and yet only had enough coffee for two cups for our 4 night stay, the toaster kinda worked and there was no spatula...I know these things are tiny, but I would have appreciated knowing so I could have come better prepared.... The bed and shower/bathtub were AWESOME! And the room was clean.

Pleasant stay

Overall we had a pleasant stay and the owner was very responsive every step of the way. The room was clean and the view of the strip was a great bonus! With that being said, there is also some room for improvement. The mini fridge was not a functional item at the condo and although we didn't use the kitchen I can see it being an issue if someone where to bring food to store. The iron in the room was travel size which made it difficult to iron adult size clothing. If you're planning on being there a couple days keep in mind you're only provided with 2 towels for the whole stay. Palms Place does have added convince of front desk service and room service for an additional cost.

Nice condo and nice facilities

Enjoyed the condo, enjoyed the "Palms" facilities and liked the location-off the strip away from activity yet only a short distance away -($8 uber ride). The condo was clean, comfortable and met expectations.

Great room with a great view!!

Stayed at the Palms Place Studio for a month in November. Booking was easy and Arthur was very responsive. Strip view was amazing and the room was in great shape. Contact Arthur for your Vegas trip, you will not be sorry....

Great stay in Las Vegas

I have visited this property twice and have found it to be the ideal place to stay in Las Vegas. In addition to a comfortable modern interior it offers a balcony overlooking the entire city. Also a great pool and hot tub area and plenty of free parking. Food court with many different restaurants is attached to the on-site casino. I hope to be able to visit again.

Palms Place Mini Vacation

We spent two glorious days in Vegas in your nicely appointed Palms Place vacation home. The condo has an awesome bathroom with an exquisite shower/bath setup. The King size bed was so comfortable, and the linens were great. The kitchenette area was efficient with enough room for the two of us to sit comfortably. View of the strip, especially at night were very nice, especially at night. You could see it all. In general, it was a wonderful stay. Would love to do it again. I would encourage a couple of improvements to make the condo even more appealing. First, different chairs in the kitchen/dining area is imperative. Existing chairs are not at all comfortable. Easy fix. Next, replace the existing coffee maker with a Keurig. We brought our own which made morning coffee a very simple process. Overall, still 5 stars on the unit. Our access to the condo was delayed by over an hour, but the staff was very kind and apologetic. They softened the inconvenience by offering us a complimentary beverage in one of the bars in the facility. Super. Thanks for nicely accommodating two very memorable days.

Private Rental in Las Vegas, 1 Br in Palms Place

Very pleasant stay in this unit. I was renting it for an entire month (June 2016) and had a great time. You can use all the features from the PALM PLACE and the PALMS HOTEL. The unit is overlooking the PALMS PLACE pool with a small balcony. The host was very friendly and responsive. A great alternative to a Las Vegas hotel stay. I will definitely come back next year. (Ideal for a single traveller or a couple)

Private Rental in Vegas

The value, view and features of this unit are well worth a look over area hotels. I visited in bad weather but overlooking the pool and a fantastic view of the strip. Features are all you would expect from a five star hotel. Your host is responsive and a pleasure to rent from.
