Summary:

This 4-bedroom/2.5-bathroom house sits in a great neighborhood less than 15 minutes from Fort Moore and downtown! Enjoy an open-concept layout, a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and more! No matter the reason for your visit, we are sure this is the perfect place! Family-friendly. Pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you!



The Space:

Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining room on the main floor. The living room has a sofa, a futon, and a large SmartTV. The kitchen has all the essential cookware and dinnerware, and there are two dining tables for meal times.

Upstairs are all four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The two bedrooms feature queen beds, one room has one twin-over-twin bunk bed, and the final bedroom has a king bed.

Out back, a grill is available for use.

Please note, the garage is not listed as an amenity and is not available for guest use.



Guest Access:

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is primarily active and retired military families, and most are young with kids of their own, so it's the perfect family spot!



Getting Around:

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!



Other Things to Note:

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.



If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.



We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.



Interaction with Guests:

We will always have someone who can come and help if you need anything, but we also trust our guests, and want them to feel completely at home. So unless you need us, we will make sure you are able to enjoy privacy. Checkin is flexible as long as you are arriving after 3:00 p.m. So don't worry about getting held-up in traffic or landing on a late flight. All of that said, if you ever do need us, we are only a phone call away!
