Excellent holiday

Great location by small sandy beach all to ourselves. Lovely views across the bay from our balcony. Only 20 minute walk along a track into town with lots of excellent bars and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and vacation in this beautiful home. Each morning, we walked along the seaside road and picked a sandy cove to enjoy a refreshing swim. Just in front of the house is a lovely sandy area to swim. One afternoon we headed to Magano Beach. On our last day, we ferried across to Elafonisos, to the famous Simos Beach (much recommended). In the evenings, we headed into Neapoli and strolled the restaurants and shops for dinner (PSISTIRI much recommended). The house is oceanfront with fantastic views across to the islands which twinkle at night. We’ll definitely make the plans to come again in the future!

Villa extraordinaire

Great location in the front section of villas with uninterrupted Elafonisos Island views (well worth a day trip). Our highlights include: Golden hour sunset drinks on the shady lower verandah; Well kitted out spacious villa with quality linen, beach and bath towels, ample crockery and cutlery; and We felt spoiled for choice with coffee making options. Maria was great to deal with and responsive to our needs, including great restaurant and day trip suggestions. Great location and we love to stay another time.

Not accurate description

The property is nice but the location is described inaccurately. There is a picture with a pool but that is next door (has the same name as this property, Neapoli Villas). The property is described as beachfront, but the beach up and down that area for over a mile is rugged rock formations. The location is isolated and if you need a beach with amenities (umbrellas, lounge chairs and the option of a drink) you need to drive to town which defeats the purpose of renting “beachfront”. To sum it up, the property is great if you enjoy looking at the ocean from your balcony while having a drink, but if you want to get in the ocean, you need to go somewhere else.

Guests regularly swim and enjoy the beautiful & sandy beach areas directly in front of our house, as shown in our listing photos. No need to drive anywhere to access the ocean - it's right at your doorstep! We have no affiliation with any management companies, as we are the property owner and we've always been transparent about our property's features and location. We welcome guests who love the authentic Greek seaside experience - watching sunsets from your balcony AND taking a refreshing swim just steps from your door. Our many years of happy guests can attest to the wonderful beach access and honest representation of our waterfront gem.

Struttura molto molto bella , più di quanto ci si aspetta considerando che solitamente è il contrario . Casa pulitissima e con tutti i confort di una casa vera. Panorama e tranquillità super . Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub am Meer. Die Doppelhaushälfte lag ideal am Meer. Wir hatte in jedem Zimmer eine perfekt funktionierende Klimaanlage und einen Balkon oder Terrasse.

Schitterend uitzicht!

Een leuk huis met drie verdiepingen gelegen direct aan zee met vrij uitzicht op Elafonisos en Kithira. Bedden liggen goed. Linnengoed en badhandoeken perfect. Dankzij de goede airco is het ook als het buiten tegen de 40 graden is binnen goed uit te houden. In de nabije omgeving is voldoende te doen (Simos beach, Pounta Beach, Monemvasia, Kastania Cave, Geopark, etc.). Veel voorzieningen in de buurt: supermarkten, restaurants, stranden, apotheken. Alle Grieken die we hebben ontmoet zijn allemaal even vriendelijk en hartelijk. Ook is Maria een geweldige gastvrouw. We hebben veel fips van haar gekregen en als we een vraag hadden reageerde ze zeer snel.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Lage

Die Lage und Stille am Meer ist berauschend und die Aussicht auf die beiden Inseln Kythira und Elafonisos wirklich überragend. Es gibt tolle Strände in der Nähe und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nach Monemvasia und die Kastania Caves. Das Eckhaus an sich hat alles, was man braucht.

Superbe vue et super region

La vue est très belle et dégagée, les environs de Neapoli sont tops, elafonisos et ses trois tortues cahouanne avec qui on peut nager, des plages sauvages comme varkos beach, une grotte (Kaniasta à voir absolument ) et des petits villages très sympas dans la montagne :)

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Haus und hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer! So sollte unser Urlaub sein. Was wir übersehen haben, es gibt noch einen Pool. Super empfehlenswert.

Beautiful Home in Neapoli

We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our vacation in Neapoli. Whether you are traveling with your family, as a couple, or on your own getaway, we are confident this home will exceed all of your expectations. The home was exceptionally clean, and Maria was always available for contact and extremely helpful. The views of the ocean were breathtaking. There was plenty of space in the home, and conveniently includes onsite parking. The home is very close to the center of town, which includes all of the stores, beaches and restaurants you’ll need for your entire trip. There are also ferries nearby, which can bring you to beautiful islands. At the end of the trip it was very hard to leave, and we hope to one day return to Maria’s beautiful home. We highly recommend this home to everyone!

Absolute Paradise! A great vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home and great location. We stayed 10 days, and they went by too fast. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and the views are amazing! The sea is just steps away. There are many little beaches and inlets to swim and explore. My husband and I are avid walkers, and so we loved the ease of our many seaside walks right from the property. The sunset is spectacular. Many thanks to Maria, she is very helpful and accommodating, giving us tips and ideas of how to enjoy the house and area.

A perfect getaway

What a wonderful place this was to stay in. It was a perfect spot for our family getaway. If you want a beautiful, peaceful place to relax and unwind then look no further. The hostess Maria was very helpful and kind and the house was well stocked with linens and the kitchen well outfitted. The views from the balconies and the close proximity to the water (where we were mostly alone!) made it idyllic. Thank you Maria!

Fantastic Family Vacation!

We had a great vacation. The house is beautiful. The location is fantastic. Our oldest son and his family joined us. The house is great because it is right on the water, with beautiful views from just about anywhere you choose to sit, indoors and outside, with lots of comfortable seating and dining areas. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated but my wife and I especially enjoyed having our own master bedroom with private bathroom and private balcony. We found Neapoli to be a great place to walk about, shop and eat dinner, with many restaurants offering outdoor dining. We became addicted to Psistiri’s gyro sandwiches, which is just over the bridge. Be sure to head across to Elafonisos for a fantastic day trip. We also enjoyed the drive to Cave of Kastania, a must see cave known for the wide diversity of rock shapes, colors and formations.

Fantastic views from a great house!!!

The house is just beautiful and the views are spectacular! This unit is a front row AND a corner unit, so there is nothing between you and panoramic views of both islands of Elafonisos and Kithira. The beach is just steps away, which was perfect for the kids. Along the seaside road, which is a very quiet road and no need to worry about cars, there are many sandy little beach inlets which the kids loved exploring and looking for shells. The house is nicely setup and very clean and comfortable. My wife and I loved sitting on the veranda overlooking the water and listening to the sounds of the sea. My wife’s parents slept in the master bedroom, which has it’s own private bathroom and veranda giving them some privacy from the rest of us. For fresh fish, go to the “Limanaki”, which happens to be located in the small port. We took two day trips, Elafonisos (a small island across the sea) and Monemvasia (a longer trip, but nice to see the landscape along the way). The days went by too fast. We definitely recommend this house. Steve

Absolute Paradise! Great family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home, and fabulous location! We traveled with my sister and her family, altogether there were 8 of us. My wife and I with our two kids and my sister and her husband with my two nieces. The layout of this home is perfect! The couples each had our own bedroom, and the 4 kids shared the 3rd bedroom. The house is very nicely decorated, very clean and very comfortable. The seaside views are just spectacular! I can't say enough great things about the location. The beach is just a few hundred feet away. The water is crystal clear. Along the seaside road, there are many inlets and various beaches to explore, including a small fisherman's port. In the evenings we enjoyed dining in Neapoli and walking about the village and shops. Our favorite restaurant being Mone Mone! One day we took the ferry across to the island of Elafonisos. This was a real treat, from the ferry ride itself and big sandy beaches to the fisherman's village and port, it was a perfect day trip. I highly recommend this lovely home and great location. We plan to go back again next year!
