BED BUGS! BED BUGS! Eden Crest will never get back to you either. Still waiting on a return call after finding 8 bed bugs and tons of bites later.

Nice place

The staff was super responsive and maintenance arrived quickly to reset the hot tub for us and was very professional and pleasant. I will say the bunk beds are in an alcove, not a room. There is no door. If you have smaller kids, probably no big deal but with teenagers like us, they might not like it. Location was perfect. Close to everything but not right in the middle of the traffic mess.

Beautiful 3 story property. Quiet until another group arrived, thin walls. We never could figure out the cable/streaming services on any of the TVs, need to leaved printed instructions to operate.

Positives: Bed was comfortable. It’s close to the Pigeon Forge strip. It’s an especially great location for those going to Dollywood. The maintenance team came to the house quickly. The check-in process was easy and staff was kind on the phone. Negatives: You hear EVERY SINGLE movement of the people on the floor above you. The hot-tub didn’t work and wasn’t able to be fixed with 2 stop-by attempts by maintenance. 6 people in our group had a hot-tub as a necessity for our stay. Past reviews from 2023 note this as well, so sounds like it wasn’t fixed at all or not fixed properly. It does technically sleep 10, but with only 1 small living area, it does feel cramped with 10. While the surface was clean, the discoloration and outdated features made the stay less desirable. The cable in one room didn’t work, but maintenance did fix. Bottom line…the location is great, staff is nice, and it’s a clean place with a comfortable bed to rest on, but with the little sound proofing, basic/minimum/outdated features, and maintenance issues the place had before we arrived and could’t be fixed, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Lots of little things wrong

- Cable was out. Maintenance never responded to request to come look at it. - Dishwasher was broken. It appeared to not be a new issue based on the Out of Order sign laminated and duct taped to it. - We heard every step of our upstairs neighbors and sometimes even their conversations. Very little sound proofing in the unit. - Location was fine but it is very dark at night and difficult to navigate to the unit as there are many sharp turns and steep inclines. Overall the location was alright and the unit was clean but otherwise I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a place to stay.

The area was great. Nice location. The house was nice . But the tvs never worked even after calling twice to get them fixed. The dishwasher was out of orded. When i tried to dry clothes the dryer didnt work. I contacted them an all they said was they would be happy to put a repair order in for me. When we returned the next day it had A out of order sign on it. The pool was closed and could not be used. The mattresses are old and need replaced you can feel.the springs in them. Ater explaining the price was way to high since nothing worked as it stated it had these item the replv i got was i will put a repair order in for you. We paid way to much for the items to not work you can get a hotel or a nother place cheaper where rhe tvs work the pool works and all appliances work. Save your money find another place i will not rent from them again.

It was very nice. The jacuzzi didn’t work and we all wanted to use it. Should get refunded some for that. Overall it was a great family new year.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay here with Eden Crest. The management/staff were always more than helpful with anything I had questions about. The condo was clean and just as described in the description. The condo was very roomy and we had plenty of extra linens if we needed them. Huge plus that you can rent dog kennels for your stay and don’t have to pack your own! The only negative thing I can stay about our stay was the road leading to the condo. Road was not very vehicle friendly at all, hard to see of a night time and no guard rails up incase of an accident (This may not be something the owners can help though.)

Time for some upgrades

My Family stayed for 7 nights and every night we had a different surprise. We found out that the outdoor garbage can will not keep out the critters, the microwave doesn't work properly and the dryer won't dry. I was less than happy with Grill on the deck. If you try to cook for more than 4 people order out. We had to share forks (7 forks for 8 people). The Living room TV would work some days and not others. Basically, the owner could take better care of their guests and provide updated equipment and some decent flatware.

Great little getaway

This place was pretty cool. It had all the comforts of home. Everything was as described. We stayed in the middle floor. Had a great time. Very clean and roomy for my bunch. Only 2 things bad to say about it. We stayed in the middle part so we could hear the people upstairs move around. Sometimes they moved alot. Sounded like they were redecorating furniture. And the view. It was not good, trees in the way everywhere, and no view at all. But that was ok because everything else was so good it made up for it so we were ok with it. Great place to unwind after sightseeing. O, and dont forget about discount attractions that accompany it too. Thats awesome.

Overall the stay was very nice besides having noisy neighbors on top of you. On my next visit I will recommend staying on the top deck instead of the middle.

Nice and fun stay

The house was very nice and clean. The only thing we needed to get more of from the host was dish washer soap and big kitchen trash bags. Which they got to us the same day we asked for.

Wonderful Condo!

This was the perfect condo for our yearly family trip to Pigeon Forge. Was perfectly located, close to everything but out of all the traffic. Will definitely be staying there again next year!

Just don't!

Here’s the good and bad. . Good: Location! Condo was located near everything yet tucked away so you are not in the middle of the chaos. Size. The rooms were nice sized and the living space was well laid out. Bad: Furniture. The beds are so worn out that the mattresses have completely lost their shape and support. Not just soft, they should have been trashed about 5 years ago. The couches have no support and the leather is torn. It looks like they picked them up off the side of the road where someone threw them away. Internet is VERY slow! Our unit (7B) was in the middle so we heard the neighbors below and above us. In the listing, it's not clear that you don't have a private building. Shockingly, there were 3 condos in our building. Every flush of the upstairs unit toilet sounds like it’s going to spill into our room. There is no privacy in the unit. Walls are so thin, we could hear conversations from every room. The downstairs neighbors conversations too. There was a jar of lemons and limes as decorations in our kitchen that were molded. Tell me housekeeping didn’t see that! Water pressure is terrible but made worse by the old shower heads that have soap scum all over them. The hot tub is barely big enough for 2, so don’t think it’s anything special. Carpet in the bedrooms look to be indoor/outdoor type carpet. Not plush at all. PARKING!!! Management needs to paint parking spot lines because no one can figure out how to park!! Several nights we were late getting in and had no where to park because 3-4 cars parked too far away from the car beside them to fit enough cars in the area. The driveway up was very dangerous. There are two points that you can’t see over your car to the road to know if a car is coming. Needless to say, this condo was so far past disappointing, I probably should rate it zero stars. Just pitiful and no, we will never be back and I definitely do NOT recommend this place.

Great location

The place was very nice and clean. I was able to text with the property employee and get things taken care of easily. Some issues, the tv was a pain to work in the living room and we were in the middle to people above us and below. This was the biggest problem, very noise especially when parent don’t police their kids or care about jumping or slamming stuff on the floor. Bring ear plugs.

Can't Wait to Come Back

We grabbed this rental at the last minute after our plans changed mid vacation, and wish we could have stayed longer/been here the whole time. It's an amazing property (even with the stairs and steep drive), and we are already planning to return.

Great, cozy cabin in Pigeon Forge

This property was so nice and cozy! A perfect getaway from our city life. The cabin is in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of Dollywood, but just a 5-10 minute drive to all of the attractions. The rooms were very clean and great decor. The hot tub was also great, but fluctuated in water levels leaving us with getting sprayed by the jets if they were on. Otherwise, great stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone else!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The location was right across the street from Dollywood! Only down side is unit is in between 2 other units. Very noisy, we were gone most of the day and at night it was quieter but still could hear running and furniture banging around! We would probably stay again but choose a unit on top. The unit was clean and very spacious for the 7 of us!!

Tree top hideaway

Condo was immaculate and all needs were met. Had a couple issues with hot tub temp and AC in one bedroom...all were resolved with a simple text. Condos were situated on mountain side and scattered so you felt secluded. Attractions only a couple miles away.
