This is our 2/2 property in Buttonwood with a gas cart. Nicely furnished, brand new washer/dryer, streaming TV’s and vaulted ceilings. This patio villa is in a highly desirable area. Walking/cart distance to the Fishhawk pool & rec center and many golf courses. Not to mention the Sumter Landing town square which is nearby.

In order to access pools and rec centers in The Villages you will need a guest pass. I need to send paperwork with your name and address as it appears on your picture ID. The Villages charges $50 which covers you and your guests during the entirety of your stay. The Villages has 5 town squares each with free live music from 6 pm to 9 pm, 365 nights per year. The town squares have plenty of shopping and restaurants. You don't need the pass to attend the activities at the town squares.
4.8 miles to Lake Sumter Landing
5.8 miles to Brownwood
7.5 miles to Spanish Springs

Feel free to utilize our property as if it were your home. There are 82 swimming pools, one a block away which is heated. Lots of recreation centers, golf, pickle ball, tennis, polo, music and dancing in the squares. One hour from Disneyworld and close to the beaches. If we’re in town we will pick you up from the airport if you need a ride for free. Just let us know. $75 pet fee/$75 fee per night for 5th guest. Early and late check-in/out if available, for fee.

Clean comfortable well appointed! Check-in was easy and fabulous. We even stayed an extra day and Tony was so quick to respond and get us booked! Fantastic golf cart! Can’t wait to stay again and bring the dogs. Thanks so much!

Perfect for our needs

We enjoyed our visit to “The Salty Dog Retreat”. We were located just around the corner from the family we were visiting. We had everything we needed and enjoyed all the fun decor. Thank you for hosting us during our visit to The Villages.

Comfortable and convenient

Came in to visit the villages and see if I wanted to move there. This patio villa is well equipped and very comfortable. Premier host makes your stay extremely easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Simply Perfect!

The Villages is our very best place to go. We stay in TV as much a possible. We were very pleased with our weekend stay at this property. It had everything we could have possibly needed. It was very comfortable and the location is perfect! We highly recommend this place.

Great place

The house was very clean and neat. The golf cart made it easy to get around the neighborhood and lots of fun. The house just as we thought and our cats loved the screened in patio. Would recommend this house and hosts to everyone.

Villages with golf cart rental

Clean, efficient & in quiet location for a rental in the villages. Homey &welcoming. Everything worked and it was well stocked. This rental showed that the owners loved it!

Great place to stay

Clean, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen supplies. Peaceful neighborhood. Enjoyed the whimsical dog art. Porch and patio areas were very enjoyable. Golf car was fun to use and access the pools and squares. We would return and recommend to others Thank you.

Great home for polite doggie travelers

Everything was great, just as expected! I especially loved the doggie bells hanging from the door because we forgot ours at home 😁 It’s a dog friendly property and yet it isn't one of the ones that look “worn down” by dogs so I was very impressed. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location

Beautiful area, if you're looking to golf, music, dancing, great area. If you are board, it's your fault...note: if you want to golf, down load the apps they recommend for more info...visit one of their sales in one of the town squares...we liked Lake Sumter 😀

Well we actually didn't stay in that house. When we got there it wasn't cleaned and they couldn't get in touch with the owner so they put us in one of their relatives houses around the corner it was a very nice house

We loved staying in this dog-friendly home. The owners provided lots of information and extra little touches that made the stay great. The property was exceptionally clean and had all of the things that we needed. The location was convenient and the use of the golf cart was an added bonus.Animal lovers know that finding pet-friendly places to stay while traveling is not always easy. This home is clearly owned by folks who love their pets. They provided a couple of pet extras including a leash in the garage, extra poop bags, and plenty of dog decor. I would 100% recommend this home and will certainly book the property again.

This property was just what we were looking for. It was close to two of my favorite places to go to dance which are Spanish Springs and Sumpter Landing.I didn't realize how beautiful the entire villages were until we stayed there a week and this home was just as pristine. It is ideal for a couple or even 3 people. We slept in one bedroom and had the other one for our luggage and misc. The neighborhood was so quite and peaceful. We had our coffee and breakfast outside every morning and the weather was beautiful. I am now wanting to move to the villages because of our stay there. Some people complain of the heat there however, there seems to be a swimming pool about every other mile which becons you to come and enjoy and, we did. My opinion...I think your life expectancy will go up about another 5 years living in that next to paradise environment.You will find it very hard to get stressed living or renting in the villages but if you do, it will be your own fault because there are so many fun activities to get involved in. I think their motto is...it's always a beautiful day in the villages and I totally agreeBuddy Kidd. (Wanna be villager)
