This gorgeous 985 Sq. Ft. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is the perfect combination of all things natural and organic in a luxurious setting. From a furnished private balcony with a double chaise lounge and a table set for two with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal, to a living room with a plush white organic sofa that converts into a bed, and a maple dining table that leads to a private master bedroom with a king-sized Keetsa mattress covered in 100% organic cotton sheets. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.

There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $125 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.

Payment issues

Our balance of payment was rejected because Luxury Rentals system did not recognize the account number on the credit card; it was new and not preregistered. They didn't recognize the error until two months later and by then we were already occupying the unit. This resulted in several days of problem resolution and us having to double pay the balance. We are still awaiting a refund for the overpayment. All correspondence, including payments, should emanate from the VRBO system and not a third party system to protect the renter from fraud and credit card confusion.

Five star property with two star service

One Hotel residences look good on paper, but their poor management would prevent us from ever staying there again. Part of the appeal was access to the One Hotel amenities, which were quite a disappointment. The service was terrible and the residences seem to be last in line after hotel guests are cared for, and even that service is spotty. Once you get down to the level of the residences, the best of that service is reserved for the owners, and therefore the renters there get the bottom of the already terrible service. To add to the injury, the building next store was under renovation, so we could not go out on our balcony from 8-5. They should have notified us.

Excellent Experience!- Will Definitely Stay Here Again

We had the best time staying at 1 Hotel and Homes Miami. Our condo was perfect with a great view. We had access to a driver to drop us off at nearby venues, as well as a personal concierge whom was extremely accommodating. Gonzalo went above and beyond anytime we needed anything! We were so thankful to have him assisting us. 1 Hotel is absolutely beautiful with many different areas to explore. We will absolutely be staying here again!

This condo is in the residence side of the 1 Hotel. It’s beautifully appointed and very comfortable for a small family. Way better than a hotel room but you get access to all of the hotel amenities of 1 hotel. This was our second time. We will be back

Great property - poorly managed

The property is a real 5 star and so is the unit! At check in we were told that "they just extended our room to another guest for another night, so its not available for check in" we had to wait in the lobby for close to 2 hours while they were trying to place us at another unit for a night while our unit will be available to us.. When complained for the long wait we were told "well technically we can cancel your reservation, and you will have no room and you wont be able to write a review" We were promised help on moving our luggage to our room at transfer and no one showed up.. We understand this might of been a system error (the double booking) but what were taken back with was the way it was handled and the rude tone as if we did something wrong and we were at fault! This 5 star property is definitely not managed as a Five star.

The apartment and the property is stunning. I had been wanting to stay here for a while and I was not disappointed. The apartment was spotless, had a beautiful ocean view and had all the amenities you would need or want. Would absolutely stay again.
