Location From the fun-packed Laganas resort to the serene Pantokratoras village and the quaint Zante town, all the major points of interest are basically at your doorstep. Local Markets & Shopping Laganas has plenty of souvenir and beachwear shops to browse, as well as a couple of mini-markets for daily essentials. The neighbouring resort of Kalamaki is almost an extension of Laganas, but has a much more laid-back vibe, still with many shops and places to eat, and can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Zante town is also full of stores with a variety of local products, souvenirs, and other items. Bars and restaurants There is a good choice of both modern and traditional restaurants which are dotted around the resort and also along the beach where you can enjoy your lunch or an evening meal overlooking the sea. Well-known for its lively nightlife, you’ll find many bars and clubs along the main street, but if you just want to relax, then venture into any of the smaller side roads to find several more relaxed cocktail bars. Many streets around the centre aren’t paved, so it may be easier to drive. Beaches The main street of Laganas runs all the way to the beachfront, which then extends right up into neighbouring Kalamaki to the east, and almost into Agios Sostis to the west. It only takes 5 minutes to drive down to the coast, where a choice of great beachfront bars offer a relaxed ambience. Sunbeds and parasols are available and you can even hire a pedalo or join in with a sightseeing boat trip to catch a glimpse of the Caretta-Caretta Turtles swimming around the bay!

About the Villa The pastel-shaded furniture complete the minimal design inside villa Hill. On the first floor you will find the first bedroom with one double bed, a wardrobe, a large mirror and a dresser table. Also, on the first floor you will find one common bathroom with a shower. Stairs lead to the second floor, where there is an attic with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. On the attic there is, also, one sofa, a wardrobe and large windows which look out to the sea. Out by the terrace, go for a dip in your private, secluded swimming pool 4×8 or lounge on the sun chairs or Jacuzzi for 6 persons as you soak in the scenery of the Ionian Sea and blue skies. A free-standing barbeque allows you to cook under the sun and enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table under the stars. Pool, garden & BBQ A secluded swimming pool on the terrace with sunloungers amid a sea view under the blue sky is the perfect place to unwind while staying in villa Hill. Enhance your cooking skills with a free-standing barbeque under the famous Greek sun or the clear starry sky at the outdoor dining table. Living Space & Kitchen With a large sofa ( which can be used as a single bed), a dining table and chairs, the living area creates a peaceful atmosphere and the cosy kitchen provides all the amenities for your favourite meals. Bedrooms & Bathrooms There is one bedroom with double bed on the first floor. Stairs lead to the second floor, an attic with a double bed, a large sofa that can open up to a bed for one person, a wardrobe and large windows which look out to the sea.
