A quiet place for family and friends getting together.

A waterfront property nestled in the tranquil waters of the Bay of Quinte – home to some of the best fishing, boating and water sports in Ontario.

Located just a short drive from major cities and charming towns, this waterfront beauty is central to almost everything.
Just a short scenic drive to several beaches (FREE PARK PASS INCLUDED) including Sandbanks (~ 40mins), Presqu'il Beach (~20mins) and North Beach (~20mins), numerous antique shops, wineries in Prince Edward County, local restaurants including Drake Devonshire, artisan boutiques, and the National Air Force Museum of Canada. Many golf courses nearby.
There is also Shoreline Casino in Belleville which is a short drive away. Big boxes stores are within 5 mins drive, such as Walmart, LCBO, Giant Tiger, Dollarama, Canadian Tire and many others.

Our home welcomes you in an open concept space and a spectacular view of the water as you enter. The kitchen is complete with all your basic needs, plates, pots, pans and utensils. There is a BBQ on the deck that is conveniently accessible right outside the kitchen.

The property is very spacious for outdoor activities. Guest can enjoy the water using the canoe and kayaks that are on the property, or head to the marina or nearby boat launches.

Air conditioning are only in the bedrooms. No A/C in the common areas.
All beds are conventional.
TV is equipped with an android box with movies and local shows.
There are 5 life-jackets available.
Parking is limited to 4 vehicles.
1st bedroom and 1st bathroom is on the main floor.
2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the second floor adjoining rooms, 2nd bathroom is on the second floor.
Water gets weedy by July and swimming is not recommended. However there are beautiful beaches in the area that are a must to visit.

Family affair

The cottage was lovely and perfect for our needs. The outdoor space was very nice our small dogs loved it. We would stay there again.

A relaxing time at the cottage with family. Very clean and nice cottage. If u like outdoors and lake activities not recommended because u would be sad how the lake water near the cottage was still and not clean to swim. Beach near by about 22 min.

Great family cottage weekend!

We had a great time at Jennifer’s place! The cottage is very thoughtfully designed and super clean and cozy. The host was really easy to coordinate with, we’ll be back soon :)

Perfect and peaceful

We loved staying at this cottage. It looked even more beautiful in person than pics. We loved our stay as it was very cute and cozy. We enjoyed our stay nd would highly recommended this to everyone. The host was also amazing and was always available to communicate. Loved it overall.

Great spot right on the water

It was perfect for both the kids (large lawn) and adults (great view, outdoor fireplace, deck). Particularly appreciated having a canoe available, although we hit a rainy day and could not go out, but great to have the option.

Great beaches and great wineries. As for property, NOT good for kayaking or canoeing. No placemats or tablecloth available, so bring your own!?

Lovely lakefront!

This cottage is right on the bay, with a huge waterfront, outdoor fireplace, two patios and lots of outdoor space! The children loved running around, marvelled at the ducks and geese. Inside is very spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. We had a great time. Our host met us upon arrival and came back as we were leaving, very friendly and punctual. Great stay!

Cottage on the water

Well maintained cottage on the water. Owner has stocked the place with all the messages you could think of. Excellent communication and very helpful.

Nice cottage and nice location

The cottage is located on a very nice spot of a Bay of Quinte. Trenton is a 2 minutes away. The cottage is very nice inside with some improvements to be addressed on the second floor. The only downside I found, it needs to be better maintained outside and I bit cleaner inside

PEC visit

The house was very nice inside. The decks could use some sprucing up. A lot of outdoor seating. Front porch needed proper seating. Toilet paper disposal should be mentioned in the listing Overall it is a very nice place to stay.

Lovely family stay

We had a wonderful time with our family for a long-weekend stay! Lots of great amenities including a BBQ and games room. It was great having access to a full kitchen. The room AC was great for warm nights and additional fans were helpful. We were all very comfortable. We loved the amazing outdoor spaces - badminton and chairs around a fire pit. Close to restaurants and Walmart for groceries. Very private, away from the road which we also liked. Water access although we did not use the kayaks or canoe on our visit. Our kids really loved it and we will definitely plan to stay again.

Could be great. Needs cleaned and upkeep.

The house was ok. It is in major need of some upkeep and a deep cleaning. It was a quiet neighborhood which was nice with a bike path close by. Everything was very sticky and unclean feeling. Every single dish had to be rewashed before being used. All the counters and tables were sticky. Even the light switches were sticky and dirty. The inside of the fridge had to be cleaned. There were lots of dead bugs on every window. The trash outside hadnt gone yet and smelled terrible. All of the couches and seating are very worn out and dirty feeling. The co2 detector and smoke detector must have been beeping for the last guests. As they had the batteries pulled out of them and were not working. The entire place needs landscaped. Lots of overgrown weeds. Volleyball net was being held down barely by a cinderblock. There was a canoe but there was one old broken ore for it. There was trash all in the water by the dock. The beds were clean with clean sheets and bedding.

Quinte west cottage

Th good things about the place is the location which is minutes from Trenton and just 30 minutes to Wellington. Also 20 minutes to North Beach which is great. Jennifer left a season pass to the parks so it saved us the daily fee. Jennifer responds quickly to messages and reacted quickly to concerns. The cottage is spacious for a family and it is right on the water with good shade from trees. There are lots of board games to play with. The bad things about the place is that it needs a deeper clean especially the fridge and the oven. Drawers in kitchen have not been cleaned in a while. The yards need to be cleaned up as there are random broken things left in every corner. The dock was too high to put in water craft. Jennifer did respond the next day and put a ladder which helped but I had to de-weed an area near the dock and place wood planks to allow the canoe to slide in. Although there is a canoe and kayak, the canoe paddles are children toy paddles and one is broken. The deck chairs are very old and one was broken. They are ok to sit in but not to eat around the table on the deck so we always ate inside. Even the Canadian flag is torn. The TV is on a firestick with inability to access Netflix, Prime or apple accounts. The place claims to be airconditioned but in reality there is a noisy unit in the main bedroom downstairs and one upstairs has airconditioning. Basically the place is being neglected and needs updating. If done the cottage would be great.

Très beau séjour de 4 nuits près dans Prince Edward County! Vaste chalet avec tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter du séjour. : Très belle vue sur le lac. Carte d'accès aux plages et parcs avoisinants (Sandbanks, North Beach, Presqu'Île). Table extérieure pour profiter des repas avec la vue sur le lac. Communication avec l'hôte. - : Difficulté pour l'accès à l'eau avec les embarcations nautiques car le niveau de l'eau était très bas par rapport à la hauteur du quai. Qualité/quantité/robustesse des pagaies pourrait être améliorée. Merci Jennifer pour le séjour!

Une belle expérience

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. La maison est grande et il y a de l'espace pour tout le monde. Tout est disponible pour y passer un bon séjour! Par contre les lits au 2eme étage sont tous très dur et l'accès au lac est difficile à cause des immenses roches qui sont sur le bord de l'eau.

Beau potentiel mais décevant

L’intérieur est bien décoré, les grandes fenêtres donnent une belle vue sur le lac et le terrain est clôturé donc bien pour la sécurité de notre petit chien. Nous avons été très déçus pour 2 choses importantes: pas d’accès au plan d’eau, pas aménagé et la maison était malpropre. Il y avait des fils d’araignées et des insectes dans les coins de murs et armoires et il a fallu tout relaver la vaisselle avant de l’utiliser. Les lits étaient propres au moins. Et les vélos étaient où?

Nice location but......

Well located on a lake and close to vineyards and Sand-Banks beach. - Nothing in upstairs bedroom for clothes storage - House needs some TLC, a good cleaning and some paint
