The newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops has an island for foodie group cooking. The well-equipped kitchen opens up to the dining room with a stunning one-mile view of Pinewood Lake. The home office is a great place for a private zoom calls – or an introvert’s escape. Wifi is newly upgraded to Frontier's "FiberOptic Gig Service" with a "25x faster upload speed than cable" and noted "best internet service for gaming" -- so stream, zoom, game, and binge-watch...or read a book. Located in beautiful Fairfield County, CT, in a suburban neighborhood, the Amtrack/MetroNorth (Bridgeport) station is about 13-minutes away. This host is delighted to assist as you plan your get-away. Please inquire about lake access for Pinewood Lake Association's "tenant membership" (only one granted per calendar year). The lake itself is not part of the property and requires membership for access (swimming, boating, and fishing). Note: This property is NOT listed on any other platform as a rental.
