However, we did advise you prior to check in that we only supplied basic supplies, enough to get you through your first night until you have had chance to do a shop - so to rate us down for something you were aware of does not seem really fair.

Thank you for your feedback. We take all guest concerns seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address these points. Following your report, I spoke with my Property Manager who spoke with your personally during your stay. Maintenance was dispatched the very next morning, and all TVs were checked and confirmed to be in full working order with no ongoing issues. Prior to your arrival, all TVs had also been tested during the arrival inspection and were functioning correctly for the previous guests who only checked out earlier that same day. Regarding housekeeping, our team returned the following morning see what issues you had and the only thing you wanted them to do was empty the dishwasher which you had refilled after breakfast had been prepared.

We only supply towels to wash and shower with, we don't provide pool towels (as they tend to go missing all the time, with guests leaving them at the community pool). The home comes with wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels.
