The perfect beach retreat with great views from beach all the way to the bay. Recently updated 7th floor studio condo with new cabinets and granite counter tops, and appliances.
The cozy kitchen has all the tools you need to prepare and serve meals. Queen adjustable bed raises head and feet. A 50" TV & Blue-ray with cable, Showtime and high speed WiFi are great entertainment for your down time. The beach is just a short walk through the gated pool & hot tub area.
To enhance your beach vacation we supply beach necessities for our guests to use. An Umbrella, 4 chairs, 2 boogie boards, and a small cooler are in the closet for you. Beach towels and plenty of soft bath towels are in the bathroom cabinets.
Self check in is easy with your personal code and keyless entry. Keeping track of keys will not be something for you to worry about this trip.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
