Very cute chalet in a nice quiet setting.The cabin has most everything you'd need to be able to prepare your own food and a store is close by if you've forgotten something.

This was a great place - quiet, close to the river, Lake Wenatchee State Park, Leavenworth. We had a lovely time as an extended family of 3 generations.

Beautiful clean property just outside Plain, WA. We loved the space, took full advantage of the hot tub, and spent some good quality time visiting nearby (about 25 minutes) Leavenworth. The cabin is well-appointed, comfortable, and just what we needed for a lovely weekend getaway.My one suggestion would be to provide some tableside lamps both in the non-bunk room upstairs as well as by the couch downstairs so you don't have to always have only the overhead lights on as they can be quite bright. Overall, super smooth check in and check out, no issues with anything at the cabin, and we very much enjoyed the peace and serenity of the cabin and location. Highly recommend!

Quiet and comfortable cabin

Our trip was very relaxing...especially the last day when we could enjoy the hot tub. The area was quiet and serene but not to far from town. We were greeted by some wild turkey's that liked to wander through the woods.

Best stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Plenty of trash bags, paper towels, TP, dish soap, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, oil, dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. Even an instapot we used twice. I’ve stayed placed without enough forks, so this was great. Beds were hard. Matter of preference, I suppose. Couch was very comfy. Beautiful scenery - lots of birds and deer (drive carefully). Very responsive to a couple small issues we had that were mostly resolved. (Smoke alarm battery and hot tub jets.) It was clean. It’s in the woods, so expect some spiders, city folk. It’s an hour round-trip “into town,” but there is a cute and reasonable general store about a mile or two away if you forget something. The stars were absolutely breathtaking our last night there. Be sure to look up once in a while.

My family and I spent two nights, and we wished we could spend more time. The cabin is clean and cozy. The outdoor porch is an amazing space, and we spent half our time out there. We also were impressed with the cabin's AC.It is in a great location near Plain, WA. It's only a 25 minute drive to Leavenworth, and it was easy for us to find. Google maps led me right there.

Relaxing winter getaway

Very comfortable getaway for our family of four, first time exploring the Plain, WA area and Wenatchee River. Home had all of the necessities and the property manager was good about notifying us ahead of check in about a couple of repairs that were scheduled for later in the month, so that we could plan around those. We will be back to explore more in this area in the future and would consider other staying here again.

Short getaway

The cabin was perfect for our family. The cabin was clean with a well stocked kitchen My only critique would be the coffee maker was not so great and the living room could use one more lounge chair. The back deck is great and would have loved an outdoor heat lamp to make it more welcoming in the colder temps.

We have stayed here a couple times. We like the proximity to snow and the easy communication & check-in/out process. While we enjoyed our stay here, there were a few things that need attention. The location is described as kid friendly but there was only 1 non-glass cup which made it difficult with multiple young kids. The bath tubs did not have anti-slip mats or decals and therefore were quite slippery. The bunk beds appeared damaged. They were still useable but creaked very loudly at night. Lastly, there was quite a bit of animal hair left from prior visitors that was not great to deal with.

Beautiful new property

This house was absolutely beautiful! We were looking for somewhere that was secluded yet driving distance to Leavenworth. While it was about a 25 minute drive away from downtown it was the perfect little escape. The deck looked fantastic and we'd love to come back in the summer to enjoy it. Thank you for opening up your home!

Best in Leavenworth Yet

We have attended Oktoberfest almost every year, for the past 6 years. This was our favorite stay yet. The property was beautiful. It was great for spending quality time together and not too far from town. Communication was excellent! A couple things came up and were immediately addressed or a solution was found. Our only recommendation would be more lamps and more end tables in rooms and bathrooms. Great stay, thank you so much!

Christmas Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay over Christmas with our 3 kids and our dog. The home was cozy, comfortable and the perfect amount of space. Easy check in and out. The customer service was the best. We love that it's close enough to town but still feels remote. Only negative was it was pretty dusty, surfaces,blinds and carpets could use a better vacuum and a wipe down between guests especially being a pet friendly place. But kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and kitchen was well equipped.

Nice Vacation Rental

Great property though they should move the sign that says not to park down below to the top. We hadn’t seen that until we got down by the door and both my hubby and our friends got stuck in the snow. Other than that the house is very pretty.

Good overall

Property managers were very easy to communicate with. There were a few minor maintenance items that the place needed that we brought to their attention. There was also animal hair noticeable in the living spaces. Other than the animal hair, the place was pretty clean. We had 3 kids under 8 and they did great in the space. Hot tub was great after a day in the snow.

That said, We can certainly understand how pet hair can put a damper on an otherwise perfect stay, and we will take steps to address that going forward. Overall, we had a good stay. The cabin is beautiful, the location is great, and the master bedroom bed was incredibly comfortable.The only downside with the sleeping arrangements was the bunk beds. The mattresses sagged quite a bit, so they weren't very comfortable for the people sleeping there.We also ran into a couple of maintenance issues during our stay. First, the dishwasher clogged multiple times. We had to manually remove the standing water before we could even try to run it again. It wasn't caused by anything we put in it (there were no food scraps or anything like that), so it seemed more like a maintenance issue, possibly because the filter hadn't been cleaned in a while.The second issue was more frustrating. On our last night, the fire alarms started beeping around 5:00 a.m. It wasn't just one alarm, three different smoke detectors went off at different times, about every 30 minutes, even though there was no fire or smoke. We eventually had to replace the batteries ourselves around 7:00 a.m. just so everyone could get some sleep.We let the host know what happened, but we never received a response. Since this happened on our last night, it's possible they didn't reply because we were checking out that morning.Despite these issues, we still enjoyed the cabin overall. With a little more attention to maintenance, it would be an even better place to stay.

Nice cabin in Plain

Sweet, cozy, new cabin in Plain. The covered deck in the back is amazing! It was a bit cold to enjoy, but other times of the year it’d be perfect! Beds were very comfortable & the kitchen is beautiful. The only complaint is the sectional couch needs to be replaced; it’s pretty old & outdated. And if there were dimmers on the light switches it would create great ambiance. We didn’t use the hot tub as much as we thought, as it’s off the front porch, but it was clean. Fun getaway in the mountains with wild turkeys roaming around & woke up to snow 2 mornings!
