This 2 bedroom/1 full bath condo is located in a condo complex close to Peak 8 with a fantastic peaceful setting. If you want to enjoy a great meal and have a few drinks with family or friends in an awesome setting, than this is the place for you!! Its a wonderful, sunny sw facing condo with an open kitchen/living room. Enjoy your home cooked meal on the 13 ft sit bar next to the electric fireplace or enjoy the balcony that faces Peak 8 with partial mountain views. It is a partially remodeled condo focusing on the kitchen and bedrooms. There are 2 queen beds with a small pull out single trundle bed and a sofa bed in the living room. There is plenty of closet space with a washer and dryer in the condo. A 55 inch 4K UHD Smart tv in the living room with cable and secure WiFi included. Also a Harmon Kardon blue tooth speaker for your music enjoyment:) Newly remodeled hot tubs and dry sauna are 20 steps out the front entrance to warm you up after a day on the slopes. Peak 8 is a quick 8-15 minute walk or a free shuttle ride to all the lifts accessing all levels of terrain....or just to grab a hot drink at the lodge:)

PLEASE READ........Fun Groups Awesome, Raging Parties not Awesome. So If your group/family tends to get out of control then please book somewhere else. If you want a nice place to stay and have a good time then perfect! We are not against a fun time just against loud and disrespectful actions.

Wonderful townhouse

The townhouse was cozy, spacious, especially for a ski resort, well arranged and perfect. Set in a wooded area, there was hiking, birding and the mountain right outside their door. Michelle was very hospitable, great to work with and I would not hesitate to stay there if I visit Breckenridge again, which by the way is one of the cutest ski towns.anywhere. Lovely townhouse and wonderful stay. Thanks!

A perfect stay

The location is literally one free shuttle stop from Peak 8 base. There is enough space for two couples to have privacy and a huge kitchen/living area with games a speaker and tv to hang out. Free parking. Free shuttle to town that runs 6-11pm. Seriously what more could you need?! Hosts were so responsive and kind for the one tiny problem we had (more TP).

Nice spot good manager

Really nice little condo. Manager communication was great. Location was fine but really not walkable to lift or to town (even on a nice day without ski boots town is a hike). Hot tub was not very hot and inside a little room so that was odd. But overall a good value and in good condition.

Hi Scott thanks for staying and the review:) I’m sorry you felt like the walk was longer than you wanted but myself and many guests do the walk to the lifts all the time in 8-12 minutes and it even shows on maps as 10 minutes time. The free shuttle is also super easy and picks up right in front of the condo complex every 15 minutes and goes to peak 7, 8 or Main Street super quickly. Hopefully you got to use the free shuttle and thanks again for staying!

Great Accomodations

I had a great experience here. The neighborhood was quiet and close to trails. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and functional. Internet connection was strong.

We simply wanted a place close to mountain and two bedrooms, this place was perfect.

Great condo with plenty of space for 4, we only had two but needed two bedrooms. Has fireplace was great for drying ski gear for next day, summit 7 and 8 bases are very quick free shuttle ride which is just a short walk from condo. If you have the stamina, you could walk to summit 8 base to catch lift but it would be exhausting in ski boots and it’s would be at least 15-min walk. Back to the condo, Michelle, owner, is very responsive, check-in super easy, Place was clean, all the amenities of home and great location for access to mountain and downtown. We would book this place again if lucky enough to visit the area in the future...one last thing, skiing was amazing!

Our stay was GREAT! The condo was exactly as advertised and very well equipped. Getting to the peak 8 lifts was nearly effortless. I’d recommend for any group of 5-6. See you next time.

Girls Ski Weekend

The condo was perfect for our visit, and would have been great for couples too. Cute, clean and cozy- perfect to hang for breakfast and relax again before bed. The location was perfect... shuttle pick up right outside or a quick drive to multiple lifts. Michelle was very responsive before and during the stay. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

Good location for Peak 8 & 7

A short 3 min free shuttle to Peak 7 and 8, or a 6-8 min walk, and quicker ski back, avoiding the 4 pm traffic down to Breck. Clean and comfortable 2 BR condo. Quiet too. 5 min drive to Main St. Attentive owner.

Great place to stay! Quiet condo in convenient location. Enjoyed our stay here. Could use more towels but that is the only negative.

Very clean condo only a short walk from the free bus

We had a great stay at Michelle's condo! It was very close to the bus stop which made getting to Peak 8 and 9 easy. The fireplace was a nice touch on an already wonderful stay!

Long weekend in Breckenridge

We loved this spot. Our hosts were amazing and very responsive to our questions. We were close to downtown and the mountain bus route. The condominium had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property!

Quiet, clean and great layout

This condo worked perfectly for our family of 4. The second bedroom with trundle bed offered extra space for our kiddos (and no complaints about sharing a bed!). We enjoyed the layout with the open kitchen and living area. The decor was really well done and everything was perfectly clean. Front door security was lacking (no chain lock or deadbolt) and blackout shades for the bedrooms would've been nice. Overall, a great experience! We'd stay here again.

Springtime in the Rockies

We had a wonderful time in Gold Camp II. This is one of the best condo's we have ever stayed in. Very clean and comfortable and the description is very accurate. Just steps away from the bus that takes you to Peak 7 or 8. The hot tubs were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was the best equipped we have ever seen. They owners thought of everything. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. Five stars!!!

Wonderful stay

The condo was great and met all of our expectations. The owners were very responsive and answered my questions in a timely manner. It's within walking distance to Peak 8 and the bus stop is just across the street. Me and my family had a wonderful stay!

Good location, well stocked, comfortable place to stay.

location is great as it is close to the bus stop that will take you up the mountain to ski or down to town. During summer the walk to the mountain and gondola stop would be very easy. We cooked most breakfasts and a few dinners and had absolutely everything we needed. Fairly cozy for a family of 4, but enough space for everyone to spread out and get some space. Michelle checked in and was very responsive. Enjoy your vacation here!

Perfect location!

Perfect location for both skiing and getting to town. We have two kids and rented a car to more easily drop off at the base but the shuttle is at the entrance to the condo complex and easy to use. Condo was just as described and worked perfectly for our family. Kitchen was well stocked with all you need and Michelle was very responsive when we couldn’t figure out how to lock the door (our son likes to turn the knob and kept unlocking it!). Overall a great ski weekend with family the condo was perfect.

Wonderful Stay near Peak 8

The condo was very clean, very nicely decorated, and in a perfect location for our long weekend getaway. The hot tub is just steps away and the base of Peak 8 is a short 10 minute walk. The owners are very responsive and offer assistance when needed. Altogether a very pleasant stay.

Incredible, cozy stay, in the middle of it all, steps from FREE shuttle!!

Great property and great owners! Stayed 2 nights, used the fireplace each day and have ONLY GOOD THINGS TO SAY. Rooms are cozy and the beds plenty comfy. Living room is perfect for putting your feet up, enjoying a fire and catching some news/weather/sports on the high def TV. We didnt drive the whole time because you can easily walk to the FREE shuttles. I would ABSOLUTELY stay in this unit again. Owner was great and very helpful and responsive.

Perfect for our family of four!

The condo is super convenient to the the ski area, and the owners have made some nice upgrades to the property (kitchen). The fireplace is a major bonus! The trundle bed made it cozy and fun for our kids. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Breck to enjoy the slopes!

Myself (Michelle) and my husband James and I LOVE the mountains and our very active so Breck just makes sense for us. I am originally from Lake Tahoe so a full mountain girl born and bred! Both of us have been snowboarding 25+ years along with all the other wonderful things to do in the mountains. We also take great pride in providing a good environment for guests.
