Solana is located just outside of Orlando Florida and located on the West side of Disney World in Davenport, Florida right on hwy27 close to hwy192.

As you enter the home you will find a beautiful open floor plan with a family room and formal dinning area which can seat 6. There is additional seating for 4 guests at the breakfast nook. Enjoy cooking a meal in the spacious kitchen overlooking the breakfast nook and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve a nice meal. After clean up, cozy up on the comfortable sectional sofa and relax with your family to watch your favorite movie. The executive suite is also located on the first floor with a walk in closet and en-suite bathroom including his and hers sinks, garden tub and walk in shower.

Kids and adults alike will LOVE the games rooms located in the garage featuring a pool table, air hockey, darts, mini bar, AC, and foosball table. A second games room is set up for moms and small children. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included for hours of extra enjoyment. Smart TV through-out the house in just about every room including outside pool area.

Solana Resort is a manned gated community located off Hwy 27 minutes away from Disney attraction. This wonderful resort community offers a 4,000 sq foot clubhouse, kids play area, large heated pool, hot tub, with private cabana's, tiki bar, sand volleyball, playground, ping pong, arcade room, and a fitness room. There is also a miniature golf course available for a small fee. Brand new to the clubhouse is a mini market and gift shop! The clubhouse also serves Breakfast and you can grab a bite to eat for Lunch at the Tiki Bar (pricing varies for both.)

The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. Universal Studios, The Holy Land, Wet and Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O waterpark, and Sea World are also a short drive to shopping and restaurants.
