Welcome to our lakefront, beautifully decorated condo perfect for relaxing, watching the sunset, or enjoying the excitement of the lake. Walking into this beautiful ground level condo, you will immediately be drawn to the main channel breathtaking view of the Lake of the Ozarks. Our condo is equipped with everything you need, including Wifi, and sure to become your home away from home.

This non-smoking unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The main living area has amazing view of lake and includes a mounted Flat Screen HDTV along with Blu-Ray DVD player and movies for your pleasure. Outside of the great room is a spacious deck with grill, table and chairs to seat 6, where you can see beautiful views of the lake and astonishing sunsets!

Kitchen, with a breakfast bar that seats 3, is equipped with everything you will need including coffee pot, tea maker, blender and completed with all cooking utensils. It also comes with a view of the lake. Separate dining table seats an additional 4 as well. Our stocked laundry room is just off the kitchen, with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, Flat screen HDTV and DVD player, Private Bath with a huge walk in closet, ceiling fan, as well as a sliding door with access onto the deck. The two additional bedrooms share the hall bathroom and includes queen beds, ceiling fans and own closets. Bedroom 3 has a small flat screen TV for DVDs and/or games (no cable).

Private parking space is directly in front of the condo which is ground level. Have an additional car? No problem as there are additional public parking spaces only a few steps away from the unit and trailer parking near main entrance.

The condo is conveniently located near Highway 54, the first exit of the Lake of the Ozarks when approaching from the North (Jefferson City), at 1MM on the lake. In addition, you are just minutes away from entertainment, shopping, and fun, fun, fun!!! The Lake Area provides access to outlet shopping just 10 minutes away, many area restaurants accessible by car or boat, boat and jet ski rentals, 13 golf courses, wineries, caves, state park access, Water park and many local events such as boat races and festivals.

The complex has 2 heated pools, tennis court, clubhouse with exercise room, walking path, playground, boat trailer parking, a concrete wave break, lakeside boardwalk and weekend security in the Summer.
