The Space:
Snow settles quietly across the forested edges of Whistler as you step into this townhouse, where the warmth of a gas fireplace and the calm of surrounding evergreens create an inviting winter retreat. After a day weaving down mountain runs or exploring snowy trails, you can return to a peaceful home base that balances comfort, space, and easy access to the slopes.
Sleeping arrangements
Forest Trails 9 accommodates up to six guests across two levels. The upper floor features a primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, while a third offers two twin beds. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves these rooms. On the main level, a sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, complemented by a nearby powder room.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides the essentials for preparing breakfast before the lifts or unwinding with a warm meal after a cold day outside. Wooden cabinetry frames the space where you can cook your own meals and gather around a dining table that seats eight, creating a comfortable setting for shared conversations and slow winter evenings.
Living spaces
Settle into the living room, where a gas fireplace adds a cozy anchor to nights spent inside. Comfortable seating and a TV offer simple ways to relax, while sliding glass doors open to a balcony with forest views - a quiet place to take in crisp morning air or watch snowfall drift through the trees.
Amenities & convenience
You will find washer and dryer in unit, essentials, hangers, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, a safe, and clothing storage. The home includes heating, portable fans, and an indoor fireplace, along with smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. High-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace support longer stays or remote workdays. The kitchen amenities include a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, hot water kettle, coffee maker, wine glasses, toaster, baking sheet, and blender. A dining table completes the space for meals. The private entrance leads to a balcony with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. Parking includes a free parking garage on premises suitable for one small vehicle, plus free street parking. Self check-in with a smart lock is available, and luggage dropoff allowed supports early arrivals or late departures. Long term stays allowed are supported.

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 20-minute walk to Fresh Street grocery store
• 8-minute walk to Upper Village
• 5-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course
• 15-minute walk or 10-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• This complex is under a 5 minute walk to the closest shuttle stop, serviced by the free #5 Whistler Transit Shuttle Bus. During the winter months, the shuttle runs from 6:30 am to 1:30 am and runs every 15 minutes on a continuous loop to both mountain bases and Whistler Village.
