The Space:

Morning light fills the living space through expansive windows as snow-covered peaks stretch across the horizon. After a day exploring Whistler Mountain, you can return to warm up beside the fireplace or relax in the hot tub while the alpine air settles over the village below. Set above Whistler Village in the Northern Lights neighbourhood, this multi-level townhouse offers space to gather and unwind in a peaceful mountain setting.



Living spaces

Vaulted ceilings and large windows bring natural light into the main living area, where a large sectional sofa invites quiet evenings by the indoor fireplace. The open layout flows easily into the dining area, where the table comfortably seats eight for shared meals after a day outdoors. A wet bar with wine fridge adds convenience for entertaining, while both a media room and TV room provide separate spaces for movie nights or downtime.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, including stainless steel appliances and generous counter space. A dining table nearby creates a central place to gather for breakfast before heading out or for relaxed dinners in the evening.



Sleeping arrangements

The townhouse sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms.



The upper-level primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, overhead shower, and double vanity. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is located on the main level and includes two tri-bunk beds. A full bathroom with shower is also located on this level, while a powder room and laundry area are situated downstairs.



Outdoor space

Step outside to the patio or balcony to take in the surrounding mountain landscape. After a day on the slopes, the hot tub provides a relaxing place to unwind, and the BBQ grill offers an easy option for preparing meals outdoors.



Location & access

Northern Lights is perched above Whistler Village, offering a quieter setting while still remaining close to the village base. Restaurants, shops, and the Valley Trail are nearby, and the Whistler Village gondolas can be reached in about two minutes by car or taxi.



Ski access

Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail connected to the Lower Olympic Run. The ski-in route ends at approximately 100 stairs leading down to the Northern Lights neighbourhood, and ski-out requires returning up these stairs before reconnecting with the trail.



Additional features

The townhouse includes a private entrance, garage parking with boot warmers, in-unit laundry, wifi, and self check-in with a smart lock.



Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. The location blends alpine seclusion with unbeatable proximity to dining, shopping, and lifts, making it ideal for those seeking both tranquility and convenience.



Getting Around:

• 15-minute walk to Whistler Village Gondola

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store

• 25-minute walk to Upper Village

• 15-minute walk to Whistler Golf Course

• 45-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to Lost Lake



Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home



Interaction with Guests:

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

Wonderful stay!

Our group had an incredible stay at this townhouse. The location, house and amenities were exceptional. They had great communication, answered all questions timely and checked in regularly to ensure we were well taken care of. Appreciated the little details and welcome package so so much. My only very small point of critique is the pillows were a bit hard and linens on beds could be more comfortable. But all in all would still rate our stay a 5*.

Fantastic properrty

This home is simply elegant. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property. The area is close to everything. It was beautiful in the summer and would be a perfect location for skiers.

Everything was beautiful. Just wish check out time was a little later. Technically very close to Whistler gondola, but a bit far to walk down winding road, and spring conditions meant back side access trail was not ski in/out.

Spacious and comfortable

This home is very spacious and offers lots of rooms for families to spread out in. We came as two families with teens and felt super comfortable here. The kitchen is great for preparing meals. Beds are comfortable. Many bathrooms. Laundry. Two dens plus living room. Close downhill walk to whistler village. A bit of a climb back up each day but that kept our bodies in shape ! Would recommend !

A beautiful home

We just had 12 nights at this property. Plenty of space for the whole family. Fantastic kitchen, laundry & mudroom facilities. Bedrooms were all super comfortable and it was a beautiful quiet and peaceful location. Now for the not so good - the lighting in the home is really poor. The bathrooms especially - forget about putting makeup on! The sitting room needed more lights too. Our car didn't fit in the garage (which was a real pain having to park down the street and dealing with an ice/snowy car every day). And whilst the home is only a short walk to Whistler proper, it is a real climb - no footpath (not much traffic to be fair) - but it's very slippery. We spent fair more time driving that we thought we would. And given we spent 12 nights at the property and for the price - a mid stay clean would have been appreciated.

We had a wonderful vacation and the house met our expectations. As a feedback, the kitchen utensils and serving plates were very limited and the house could use more. As a specific note, the kitchen knife set is REALLY worn and the house deserves a new set. The appliances are in good shape and there also a lot of coffeemakers, which helps for a coffee drinker like us.
