A beautifully appointed home with all the amenities you will need to have an enjoyable vacation. The first thing you will notice is that this is a big property. Huge... (just over an acre). One of the largest in Sugarloaf Shores. There is a considerable buffer between this property and the neighbor's. Unlike just about every house in the Florida Keys, you have elbow room like you have never experienced down here. Bring your cars, boats, trailers and jet skiis. Plenty of room for them all. We have room for them all. From the quality of the furnishings, to the gourmet kitchen, to the heated pool, to the 450-foot seawall surrounded by tropical waters, you have the choice of doing everything or nothing at all. Make this your tropical home away from home and fall in love with your vacation.

This estate is huge. It is the largest property in Sugarloaf Shores at just over an acre. and 450 feet of seawall. Well appointed with comfortable furnishings inside and out... you will feel pampered throughout your stay. Bring your jet ski or boat and begin your adventure....or bring your sunscreen and favorite novel and sit in the lounge area by the pool and do nothing. Either way, your vacation will be memorable.
