Welcome to Sea Forever! The minute you step into this dreamy little ocean front condo, you will feel relaxed. Top floor corner unit with a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This small space packs a big punch. Furnished with a Queen size bed, the sounds of the sea will lull you to sleep. Two soft seated chairs to sit and watch the wall-mounted TV or read a book. The kitchenette is fully equipped with housewares, microwave, mini frig, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. K-cups, sugar and creamer are supplied to start your day right. A welcome basket of snacks are for you to enjoy during your stay. Small closet to hang some clothing and a dresser for more storage. The full bath has a shower/tub combo to wash the sand and lotion off at the end of the day. Sit on the ocean front balcony and enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Watch the Wed night fireworks. Wall AC unit with remote. All bed linens, pillows, towels, face clothes, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, toilet paper, kitchen towel, dish cloth, dish detergent, paper towel, housewares, cleaning supplies are included. One assigned parking space in the lot out back (#43--1st spot on the right--easiest to back in). NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING! There will be a $500 fine if evidence of smoking in condo or balcony. Please place a parking label on your dashboard--located in condo. Entrance to the building and condo have a code lock, which will provided with instructions on the morning of your stay.
