Charming Duplex Unit in the perfect location for your visit to Anchorage. Walking/biking distance or a 5 minute drive to Downtown Anchorage. Easy access to Anchorage's beautiful Tony Knowles Coastal Trail. 10 minute cab ride from the airport. We are surrounded by the some of the best restaurants in town. There is a Washer & Dryer with all the necessary laundry supplies. We know how important morning coffee is and are always sure to stock the cabinet with quality beans for every guest. This is a duplex property and my husband Ryan and I live next door. We respect and are inclusive to the BIPOC and the LGBTQIA2S+ community, all are welcome and safe here. In the summer you may see us gardening, having a bbq and sometimes processing our salmon catch if we’re lucky! Going fishing? We have a giant freezer in the back yard to store your fresh catch during your stay! This property provides a fenced outdoor space for guests to relax, you can have a fire, or BBQ right outside of your unit. We have a small Chicken coop (No Roosters) , a Corgi named Ulu and an Alaskan mixed pup named iluq. If you are interested in learning more about our hens, we would be happy to show you the coop. Tons of wild life right in our back yard. We have occasional visits from our neighborhood Moose, Cranes and other wildlife! If you are a birder, bring the binoculars because we’ve had many species visit the yard and the trails behind our place.
