This river view ranch is located on a quiet dead end road. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths 6-8 people will enjoy all the comforts of home. There is a pull-out couch in the main living area. Recently added central air for summer cool and a forced hot air furnace for winter warmth will comfort you in any season. The propane fireplace will help add to the romantic ambiance. While out on the deck you can relax on the comfortable deck furniture. There is a white picket fence to protect a dog or kids while they play. Plenty of parking space for vehicles. The dock slip can handle up to a thirty foot boat. Shore power, hot and cold running water are available for your boating needs. Possible additional pet and or dock fees may apply.

The host Robert was so responsive and any questions we asked he was quick to respond and was so accommodating. The house is set up perfectly. The kitchen had all of the utensils and items and even additional things that we wouldnā€™t have expected. The beds were super comfortable And having the two full baths was awesome for our family. The view from the deck was gorgeous on the river and it was centrally located between Clayton and Alex Bay. I would highly recommend this house for a rental for a family or for just some friends. I hope to be back soon

We had a relaxing time at this home. Had a lovely dinner our first night on the deck with the view of the water. Great neighborhood, very quiet. Perfect spot to walk around as well. Home was just as described and very clean! Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic property, especially for pet owners. Home was comfortable, clean & exactly as described. Very nice outside deck to hang out on and enjoy the view of the water. Fenced in yard made it easy to enjoy being outside with our pet. Owner communicated all necessary information and was available for any questions. Great location in short driving distance to two local towns.

Beautiful spot on the river

I've stayed at Robert's house a number of times over the years, and it's always been the perfect place for visiting Clayton and spending time with family. Conveniently located near beautiful "downtown" Clayton, while also having a private space with great views of the river.

Nice house

The house and property is great. We enjoyed the sitting area, kitchen and deck. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. Our only criticism is that the beds were too hard.

Wonderful Clayton cottage

Everything was wonderful from the view, cleanliness, and location. The yard was perfect for our dogs. They enjoyed the stay as much as we did. The beds were very comfortable and can't express how clean we thought the place was. We would definitely stay here again....

Peaceful Beautiful View!

The home was perfect for our group (5 adults) and we had our fur children with us too (3 dogs!). We chose days where the weather was perfect too and enjoyed all of the outdoor accommodations on the large deck. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Cottage!

Everything about this cottage exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the stunning view, the huge deck, the fenced-in yard, the comfortable beds, the two full bathrooms, the washer/dryer with detergent, the excellent A/C for cool sleeping, the dock, and the convenient location on the River. We can't wait to come back next year!

Such a nice quiet location with river views. House was well stocked with kitchen and laundry room supplies. Notebook with instructions for TV and checkout, as well as area attractions/ dining. Owner was very responsive to communications. You wonā€™t go wrong by booking this home.

Great location with excellent view of river

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The home is close to many restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out at the river. The home is very clean, and the beds are comfortable. We highly recommend the Clayton Cruises - we took the day cruise to Boldt Castle and it was wonderful. And it's just down the road! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Peaceful and beautiful

We really enjoyed this beautiful home and it's amenities. We were in town for an AAU tournament for our15 year old grandson. We were able to eat most meals there which saved a large amount of money. The last night we went to Channelside and it was amazing. The firepit was beautiful as well as the inside fire. I would definitely recommend this home to everyone
