Unit 403 Belle Mer sits right on the Gulf of America! Our beautiful, spacious condo has some great dates open! Jan. 3-14 is open. We are conveniently located on the 4th floor.

Belle Mer is the most sought-after resort and address on Navarre Beach! Our unit has a newly remodeled kitchen! The style of our beautiful condo is best described as 'casual elegance'. If excellence and attention to detail are a part of your everyday life you should experience nothing less while on vacation! We have enhanced our cleaning procedures and have contactless check in and check out procedures in place. We care about your health and safety and just want you to sit back and enjoy your beach time!

Our living area is spacious and beautiful. If you need a place to relax and rejuvenate then our condo will be perfect for you. 403 Belle Mer is the perfect place to reconnect with family and friends. The entire South wall is glass floor to ceiling. You can just sit and enjoy the beauty offered by Navarre Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Of course, the sliding doors open to a beautiful balcony that is furnished with pub height table, 4 chairs, lounge chairs and a loveseat. Whether inside or out you will feel immersed in the beauty and serenity found on Navarre Beach! I have multiple units on Navarre Beach and would love to look for units at other locations for you if this is not available.

Our weeks run Sat. to Sat. You may reserve for less than a week at certain times but usually check in or check out must be on Saturday. However if that doesn't work for you, it never hurts to ask because sometimes we can make and exception. We require half the total due within 7 days of booking and the balance is due 30 days before check in. There is a refundable $250.00 damage deposit required with Rental Agreement which will be emailed to you after your inquiry is accepted. School breaks and holiday rates will be higher than those posted. I look forward to helping you plan a great vacation on Navarre Beach.

Master bedroom has king bed, beautiful bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Great dressing area and ample closet space. The south wall is all windows with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico! Sliding doors open to balcony which is very comfortably furnished. You can relax and enjoy the high def TV while relaxing and enjoying a beautiful view of the Gulf. Our second bedroom has 2 beautiful queen beds with a private bath with tub/shower combination and walk in closet. It also has a flat screen high def TV. Our third bedroom is tropical in its décor and has a king bed also. Also has a third bath connected with walk in closet. You can comfortably sleep 8 people in our condo.

Our kitchen is very well equipped. Great bar area for serving or eating. Dining table for 6 and bar seats 3. Kitchen, dining and living area all open. You don't even mind cooking (if you enjoy that while on vacation) because of the spectacular view you will be enjoying!

Navarre Beach is white sand, emerald blue water and surf and shells! Our area is very family oriented. We also have a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. Fitness center located on the first floor and open during office hours. We have a beautiful pool ~ elevated 20 feet above the beach. Because of this, we have a spectacular view of the Gulf from the pool deck and hot tub area. We also offer a tennis court so bring your rackets! From the moment you arrive until the (sad) moment that you leave you will be able to relax, relax, relax!

A few things to note:
You must be 25 years of age to rent our condo.
Our weeks normally run Sat. to Sat. If you need different dates, ask and we will try and accommodate.
Check in is after 3:00 pm and check out is before 10:00 am.
It is a No Pet, No Smoking unit. School Breaks and Holidays rates may be higher than those posted.
