Waterfront Luxury Home w/ private heated saltwater pool, dock and chef's kitchen

Step into your very own private Piece of Paradise. This 3 bedroom 2 bath fully remodeled home contains a custom designed chef’s kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, double convection ovens, induction glass cooktop, quartz counter tops, all with a VIEW!

The home boasts a luxury coastal living vibe with soft Caribbean colors, large open living spaces both inside and out. Enjoy morning coffee and sunrises on the lanai or in the custom saltwater heated pool. Outdoor kitchen is fabulous for enjoying the wonderful weather in SW Florida.

Our backyard is canal front with a 41' dock which our guests are welcome to use should you have a boat or to sit relaxing in the Adirondack chairs with an iced tea or cocktail of choice. We are less than 10 minutes from open water by boat. This is coastal living at its best with all boating, sailing, fishing, swimming, golf, shopping, restaurants and nightlife close by. You can bike to Fisherman's Village, downtown Historic Punta Gorda, parks, marina's, farmers market and much more.

The 3/2 split plan sleeps 6 privately and comfortably. The master suite is a king room, with spa like bathroom and water views. The second bedroom is a queen room with water and pool views. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen size murphy bed, and setup as an office, with desk should you have work while you are here. There are pocket doors throughout and one that separates the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a bath to create a completely private suite. The master suite is located on the opposite side of house offering privacy of its own.

The house is fully equipped with all kitchen needs and accessories, linens, bath towels, beach towels, table clothes, cloth napkins, place mats for all seasons and entertaining needs etc. You truly just need to bring your clothes!

Picture sitting on the back lanai in the morning enjoying your coffee while watching the sunrise reflecting off the water with a light breeze from the fan above, or a glass of wine in the evening mesmerized by the soft color changing LED lights illuminating from the beautiful pool . . . it is certainly our favorite place to be. The water view is amazing and sound of "peace" is refreshing with only the occasional fish jumping in the canal. If you're lucky, you might even see a dolphin swim by! We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

For safety purposes, a ladder is provided on the dock in case of emergency, but swimming in the canal is not recommended. There are sharp sea life that could cut the skin located on canal bottom, seawall, pylons, etc.

Paradise indeed

Wonderful house and close to everything. Quality throughout including the furnishings. The pool is amazing! The owners are attentive and easy to talk to and get in touch with. We had a great time and hope to be back next year.

Great Home!

What a great home. A lovely three bedroom with a gorgeous, heated pool. All amenities and in the most convenient location to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The owners, Toni and Rob, were very accommodating. You won't be disappointed if you rent this perfect home!

Awesome stay in PGI!

We had the best stay ever in Punta Gorda this year at Rob and Toni's place. The house was decorated in a nautical theme and you could tell they took care to select just the right pieces for each room. The almost new heated pool was awesome. We really enjoyed hanging out and relaxing in the pool and on the lanai which was furnished with comfortable chairs and a loveseat. My husband fished off the dock and although the fished wasn't great, he still had a good time. He wanted to take the master bedroom bed home with us...best one we've ever had in a rental. All in all, I have to say this was the best property we've ever rented, it felt like home! Thanks Rob and Toni for sharing!

Wonderful Vacation!

We enjoyed staying in your lovely home. Everything was sparkling clean and we enjoyed all the interesting decor. We spent hours sitting on the attractive lanai and then going for a swim in your beautiful new pool. We’ve stayed in other homes in Punta Gorda over the years but your home is A+. Perfect house for 2 couples!

We loved the house - it was perfect for 2 couples as it had a split bedroom design for lots of privacy. The salt water pool was wonderful with no chlorine type chemicals. Great kitchen and outdoor dining space. We loved sitting out in the lanai and watching the fish jump in the canal.

Amazing home!

We had a fabulous time! The house is everything that you see here. It is clean and inviting. The pool is amazing! We really enjoyed sitting on the Lania in the mornings. We didn’t want to leave! Ron and Toni are great! We didn’t have any issues. I wil definitely be spending another vacation here.

Fantastic house, great location!!!

We had a great time at this wonderful house. We were a couple with two small children and a couple without kids and the layout is perfect for that. On one side of the house is a big bedroom with private shower room, washbasin, toilet and dressing room and on the other side of the house are two bedrooms sharing a private bathroom. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds. The newly finished pool is wonderful and clearly' of very good quality and the view of the canal tops it off. We were immediately at home and comfortable with a well equippoed kitchen, specious living area and we actually stayed around the pool many days but the house is also very well placed for visiting and we got out and about quite a lot. We managed to see Sanibel twice, a trip down to the Everglades. Naples is very close. The house was spotlessly clean and our hosts very responsive and welcoming even though we did not actually get to meet them in person. The neighbourhood was very quiet when we were there. We went in August and it is very hot and humid at that time of year. We were ready for that but I think a lot of people go away to escape the heat. We benefitted from the peace ;-) I'd thoroughly reccomend this propoerty. Many thanks Toni and Rob.

We were extremely happy with our stay in this very nice home. It was just as the pictures and information described. The owners were very helpful with questions we had, once we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet with many beautiful homes. We even spent an evening with the great neighbors next door. Wish we could have stayed longer. It is definitely on our favorites list. Peaceful and comfortable

Exactly what we were looking for! The house was beautiful, clean and so comfortable; we felt right at home. The layout, furniture and decorations were very tasteful. The house was furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved relaxing on the lanai, walking and bike riding through the quiet neighborhood and driving around down town. Such a beautiful home in a beautiful location! Rob and Toni were easy to communicate with and made "check in and out" very easy. So thankful that they opened their home to us. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!

Wonderful Home and Perfect Punta Gorda Location!

We felt at home right away. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with downtown Punta Gorda and it's many good restaurants just a couple of miles away. The house has a very nice floor plan..the master bedroom, kitchen, den area and back bedroom all have a wonderful view of the canal. The furniture is so comfortable, I was happy to stay inside and watch a favorite cable channel on one of the two large TV's or catch up on my reading. But we did get our exercise by walking our little dog around the neighborhood and saying hello to the friendly neighbors. It was just a great experience for us. We love the house; we love the town, we love the weather...what more could we ask for?! The rental process was so easy; we would love to stay at this home again on our next visit.

Great House and Great Location

I came down for a long holiday. This house was in a nice neighborhood on the canals. It is so close to downtown and Fishermans Village, which was an added bonus. The rooms were great and the master suite was especially comfortable!! The house has two separate living room areas with a fully stocked kitchen so it was easy to feel right at home. The garage has a grill, bikes and other amenities that are helpful to enjoy the gorgeous weather. We brought our kayak and we're able to securely park the kayak and trailer in the garage without issue. In the mornings, we would hang out on the dock enjoying coffee while throwing out a few fishing lines. The house is very tastefully decorated and the furniture was very clean and comfortable. The owners were nice and easy to work with and replied promptly to my texts. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Punta Gorda.

Beautiful home...great owners!

We rented this home for our grandparents (in their 90's) to stay for the winter season and we couldn't have picked a better home. The Gibbs' were great and so easy to work with. They made sure that they had everything that they needed and even came to welcome them upon their arrival. They also came down later in our grandparents stay and took them out to dinner and spent the evening w/ them, which they told me they really enjoyed and how nice Toni and Rob were. The home has a great layout and is very open and spacious. The back lanai was a great place to relax and enjoy the water views. The home is in a great location nearby all the local shops and restaurants and on a quiet street almost at the end of the cul-de-sac. I would definitely recommend this home.

Rob and I have raised 4 children, 3 girls and a boy. We have 8 grandchildren so far and are looking forward to many more. Originally we are from Upstate and Western NY, then Central Florida and lastly SW Florida. We are avid boaters and recently discovered camping, or I should say Glamping. We now live in SW FL and love the atmosphere, people and of course the weather. Our boating experience is east coast intracoastal waterways, Atlantic Ocean, Gulf of Mexico and inland lakes and rivers. We own a 33' SeaRay which you should see out back. And, while you are visiting, we are likely in the RV exploring this beautiful country we call home.

We are well versed in the Punta Gorda area, as well as, Central Florida and everything in between. Should you want to plan any amusement park getaways, feel free to ask. As you can imagine, with 4 children we have frequented the parks and the surrounding areas.

We love hosting because of all the great people we have met along the way. We started out with an AirBnB of rooms within our house in Central Florida and fell in love with hosting people. Once we moved to SW Florida we continued with renting, but this time its the whole house. Meeting people, hearing their stories, sharing our stories (and grandma pictures) and sharing our love for Florida, its people and the beautiful natural habitat surrounding Punta Gorda.

We look forward to meeting new friends and sharing our Little Piece of Paradise.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

Rob and I were on vacation in August 2015, staying at Fisherman's Village. We had our 19' Chaparral with us so we decided to explore the canal homes. And so it begins. We had been to the west coast before and had hoped to retire to Marco Island some day. Until we saw Punta Gorda, and more specifically, Punta Gorda Isles. Canal homes (check), located near Historic Downtown (check), great non-chain restaurants (check), nightlife (check), small boutique shopping (check), and so on. We love the downtown area, as it provides the center for fantastic festivals, and all of the above, while remaining very charming and "old world Florida". And yes, we are just minutes away by car, bike or a nice stroll.

After exploring by boat, we called a Realtor. Went to view a few houses and found this one. Canal front, perfect size, on a cul-de-sac and just "the perfect Beach House".

And so our story in SW Florida begins. Many adventures to go, people to meet and friends to make.
