The Location
Providence is located right on the water, with a stunning view of Burrill Lake and peaceful surrounds. This property provides you with an array of choices for a memorable experience whether it be fishing off the backyard, cruising around the quiet streets on pushbikes or kayaking on the lake! There is also a café, supermarket, newsagent and boat ramp conveniently located a few streets away.

Providence has been beautifully renovated throughout, thoughtfully decorated with modern comforts, a log fire and featuring local scenic photography. This 5-bedroom house is spacious enough for 1-2 families or a group of friends.
The Configuration
Providence is a large level house with 1 huge living area overlooking the lake with a romantic wood fireplace as the centrepiece to the room and a huge gourmet cook’s kitchen.
On the left side of the house there are 5 bedrooms; the first with a queen bed and a single bed with wall mount TV, the second room has a queen bed, the third with 2 single beds and a trundle bed, the fourth (the Main bedroom) has a King bed with walk-through wardrobe to the ensuite, and the fifth with a queen bed, desk & robes with a sliding door to the deck and view of the pool and lake. Lay in bed and watch the world go by!
There are 3 bathrooms: the main with a large shower, bath, separate vanity and separate toilet; the second is an ensuite to the King bedroom; the third is off the main living area with shower, toilet, vanity, washing machine and dryer.
In the middle of the house is the huge modern kitchen that will delight your inner gourmet chef, with stylish black appliances, 6 burner Smeg oven, Blue Gum forest feature splashback, integrated fridge and dishwasher, self-closing drawers, and a wrap-around bench with 8 stools—perfect for entertaining while cooking up a storm! The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and ample crockery, glasses, cutlery, and pots and pans.
The kitchen opens to a combined dining/living area. The dining area has a beautiful mango wood table to seat 10, and the living space features a wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV and amazing wood-burning fireplace that is the centrepiece to the room. Push back the lounge/living area doors and step out into a large covered alfresco area by the pool. All this is complimented with beautiful views over the water through the glass sliding doors.
Please note: Guests have exclusive use of the entire ground level, pool, and backyard. The host occasionally occupies a completely separate, self-contained upstairs apartment with its own private entrance.
The Outdoors
Direct access to the lake for all kinds of water sports and swimming! Just like having your own private beach. Step outside the back door and walk a few steps to the water’s edge. You can park your boat out the back and launch your water ski off the lawn. There are 2 nearby boat ramps. There is a fenced grassed area for the kids and dog. The covered alfresco area has outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. A fully fenced large in-ground pool overlooks the lake and there is an outdoor shower conveniently located nearby. Providence also provides 2 kayaks for guest use.

Providence has reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning throughout.
The Parking
There is off-street, open-air parking for 4 to 6 cars on the lawn. The garage and driveway are not available.
The Pets
This property is pet-friendly with a fenced rear yard. However, house rules apply. Please contact us for details.
Minimum stay
There is a minimum 2-night stay. 5 nights minimum during peak holiday periods. 10% discount for 7-night stays or more for all bookings. Some exceptions do apply - please ask. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January, school & public holidays. Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our property has designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Year’s Day public holidays.
Internet/ Wi-Fi access
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi (Starlink) and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we cannot guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
Guest access
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire 5-bedroom home, featuring a seamless, single-level wheel chair friendly entryway, a spacious backyard, and a sparkling pool. While the host occasionally resides in a separate, self-contained upstairs dwelling, this area is completely private with no shared indoor zones, guaranteeing you absolute privacy.
