There are 4 en-suite bedrooms with a Bonus Room for a total of 5 sleeping areas, including the Casita (2 Queen Beds), and will sleep 12.

The Stadium/Tournament Clubhouse has Ernie's restaurant and grill and is the perfect spot to refresh after your golf round. The Greg Norman Clubhouse is an Australian themed clubhouse with restaurant and bar.

Ask about the seven (7) PGA Tour Level Golf Courses within 15 to 30 minutes available to you! Tennis Courts at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and other La Quinta locations, will sharpen your, and your friends' golf game.

Please Note: As per the City of La Quinta and PGA West HOA mandates, there are two (2) Noise monitors (not recorders) at the home. One is located on the patio and records decibel levels only along with the second noise monitor positioned in the Great Room, again recording decibel levels only.

These noise monitors should insure that the neighbors do not complain, resulting in a noise fine not being assessed.

If you would like the large pool heated, the daily fee is $150 for the months of October through April, and $100 daily for May through September.

After reaching 100 degrees, there is no charge for the first 90 minutes daily of the Hot Tub usage.
90 minutes should be plenty of time at 100 degrees plus.
Or, if you like, $150 daily for unlimited usage.
This extra fee is due to the tiered utility charges in La Quinta!
