Single story, 1250 sf, 1 bedroom plus den and 1.5 baths.

Master bedroom with queen bed, walk in closet, TV and full bath.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a separate dining area.

Step down to Living area with couch, loveseat, fireplace and 50 inch TV.

Den has desk, storage cabinet and sofa.

Half bath in hallway and separate laundry area with washer/dryer.

Balcony extends full width of the unit and has table/chairs/grill.

Assigned parking provided in underground garage.

Happy Place

This apartment was perfect for 2 people. It was comfortable and convenient. Everything you could want was nearby— great restaurants of all kinds, movie theater, grocery stores. Easy access to walking along the marina. I hope to return again.

Beautiful Property

I absolutely loved staying here and intend to visit again! The entire property is beautiful, quiet, very safe with security, full of amenities, and walking distance to grocery stores, the movie theater, shopping, and restaurants. The unit itself is in a prime location, extremely peaceful and had everything needed for a long stay. Easy parking, incredible view, and the host was super responsive and beyond helpful! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful condo

Lovely condo in large complex with multiple swimming pools and hot tubs. Terrific walkable location . Outstanding communication with great host.

Five Stars!!! Can’t wait to go back!

Even better than the pictures! I loved waking up to the beautiful views and watching the birds fly by, the gorgeous sunsets and even the rain. My dog was welcomed which is a bonus ! We enjoyed watching the birds, ducks and squirrels from the deck and the grassy areas near the water. Friendly neighbors. The owner was very accommodating and kind. I chose this place as a getaway for myself to just relax, recharge and find some peace and it was perfect!

Friendly Neighborhood

The view is amazing, the neighbors are friendly and quite, the location is perfect for the beaches and downtown Long Beach, and the owner was available onsite upon check in to assure we had keys and to communicate with us the ease of parking, tour of the condo and answer any questions we had. Very nice place to stay with good amenities and nearby shopping.

California Resort Life!

Beautiful California sunsets from a beautifully furnished condominium! We enjoyed walking to the nearby shops and restaurants. Karl was an excellent host and we hope to return soon.

Great Location and Nice Place

Stayed here for a month and enjoyed the condo. It was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Karl was great and able to get us in within 48 hours of booking. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Finally, a place that's actually as good as advertised.

We really enjoyed our 6-week stay here at Marina Pacifica. In fact, this is the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. The condo is comfy, well-equipped and the location is awesome because of its water and sunset views and walkability (marinas, beaches, great restaurants, grocery stores, shops, Sunday farmers market, etc. – pretty much anything you need). Karl was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Sheer delight.

We rented the property for our family to stay in while they were in Long Beach. We couldn't be happier with the beautiful location and accommodations for them. Everything we could need was at our fingertips including the LB Aquarium, boat rides, gondola's, beautiful beaches with breathtaking sunsets, farmer's market and all so close! The property owner met us and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. In the end, my family wanted to buy a place in Marina Pacifica - they were so impressed. Wow! Just can't say enough. We hope to rent this place again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cozy Convenient Clean California everything

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Marina Pacifica location. I’m a New Yorker who was looking for the full California experience and received it! You have so many beaches to choose from, walking distance from everything, and the sunrise and sunset spectacle! I recommend this place over and over again! Thank you for always being accommodating and answering all my questions!

Marina Pacifica fun in the sun

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is nicely decorated with a great view of pool/garden area, canal and sunset. Has everything you need for a 1 month stay. Easy to walk or ride bikes to restaurants and stores. Condo complex is surprisingly quiet considering the number of units there.

So good, we bought one for ourselves!!!

Everything about our stay was exceptional. We appreciated Karl’s flexibility with the change in our check-in. We arrived to a picture perfect unit, which was as beautiful as the photos. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. And the location was so great, we bought a condo in the same complex. We’d highly, highly recommend this rental! PS -the sunsets were beyond words 🌴🌅

Lovely home with great view

We stayed 5 weeks and hated to leave! This condo is very comfortable with a beautiful view of the pool and beach beyond. It is located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to our requests and questions. There are TVs in the bedroom and living room with extra channels. The bbq on the patio works well. Our cars were safe in the underground parking. Security is excellent and we felt very safe. Pool areas and jacuzzis are well cared for and clean. We had an excellent stay.

Great Time

Bob and I have really enjoyed our month here in your beautiful condo. I think you have the best view. We so enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the morning reading and having breakfast. The lagoon, the pool and the harbor with the boats made the ambiance so beautiful and relaxing for us. It reminded us a lot of Hawaii. The weather was perfect coming from the incredibly hot desert. In fact, we went back for a couple days and couldn't wait to get back to Belmont Shores. The location is wonderful with the walking bridge to the shopping center. The candy store there was a kid's delight when our grandson was here. And lots of trips to Starbucks. I was able to find a Jazzercise class I really enjoyed. The ladies there were so welcoming to me. Bob found a group to play pickle ball with while I exercised. And the pool here was absolutely perfect, as far as water temperature for me, and we enjoyed our afternoon swims. I met some nice people, too. Lovely walks with the dogs twice a day kept them happy. They really enjoyed Rosie’s Dog Beach, running and chasing off leash. It's a real treat to be able to get out any time of the day and not roast. The week our ten-year-old grandson was here, he thoroughly enjoyed the Aquarium, touring the Queen Mary, especially the haunted tour, and renting a boat to cruise through the canal in Naples, gazing at those incredible, gorgeous homes along side. And of course, the beach. The den worked perfectly for him to sleep. And what a great office space for our computer. The mirrored wall behind the dining table kept him occupied as he constantly looked at himself making various faces! Quite funny. As our lovely month comes to an end, I just wanted to make a few suggestions. I was the chief cook and it would have been nice to have a few basic spices, especially salt and pepper. The master bathroom lights are way too bright, so I didn't turn them on. The sink stopper in the sink doesn't work. Turning on the shower and getting a blast of cold water, wasn't pleasant. The laundry area is quite dark. I will miss cozying up on the couch to read and watch TV-loved that. Wonderful afternoon naps with my furry friends in the dark and quiet bedroom. Did we ever all sleep well! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

Excellent location and beautiful condo

Spacious condo living with a vacation feel. The unit is very livable. The complex is quiet with a feel of relaxation, safety and convenience. We loved the pool and appreciated the security system. The condo is delightful with a huge living space that includes a nice study den. The full size washer/dryer in the unit was also a plus. Very nice place; we'd love to return again.

Fabulous vacation at the beach!

What a great vacation spot. Property is even prettier than the pictures, and the view is amazing. Everything is brand new and so convenient! Very nice owner with excellent communication. No issues at all during my five week stay. Love the motorized privacy screen for the balcony that still gives you the view of the water, and the den with its desk for my laptop was so handy. Very fast wi-fi, too. Location is amazing with restaurants, stores, movie theater all within walking distance. Would definitely rent again!
