The beds were comfortable… Room needed a little brightening up with some pictures on the wall. The noise at night from the neighboring restaurant was so loud… I had to turn the television volume up high staff… It’s OK.The pool was clean…

The air conditioner broke the first night, but the manager had it replaced and working very quickly. It was very comfortable for a big family and convenient to everything.

Quiet Residential

Two weeks living in a nice, quiet neighborhood in Cancun. Amazingly quiet; local neighborhoods are peaceful.Great base for making excursions.

Amazing stay!

Quick Trip to Cancun

Clean, Great Neighborhood, Awesome Host

This house is located in a gated community with 24/7 security. My friends and I felt very safe, and the host was lovely. The house was clean, showers were warm, pool was large, the neighbors were friendly, and we throughly enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again!

Spacious, Relaxing Home

We enjoyed the pool, and always had it to ourselves. Residents are friendly and we felt very safe. The Circle K was convenient for buying coffee, and as a recognizable landmark for taxis and tour pickup point, etc.

Birthday getaway

Our stay was fine. Only improvements I would suggest is to make sure the furniture is dusted before each customer and ensure the glassware is clean to use. Also a couple more tv’s would be great but other than that place was good

The house had several pros and cons; I’ll start with the positives.The house is very large and spacious, located in a beautiful, safe gated community with 24/7 security. There is a convenience store open until 11 PM just outside the community, and a large shared pool accessible throughout the stay. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Traveling with a baby, we appreciated the pack-and-play (with mattress), high chair, and drinking water dispenser provided in the kitchen. The house has a large kitchen, a working refrigerator, and multiple air conditioners.However, despite being told the house was ready before arrival, it was not clean when we checked in. The home was dusty, had visible dirt marks, leftover food in the kitchen sink, and baby items that were clearly not cleaned. This was especially concerning as we were traveling with a crawling baby. While the host arranged cleaning promptly after we reported it, we still lost valuable vacation time addressing basic cleanliness.There were also several maintenance and safety issues: shower heads with heavy scale buildup, an exposed rusty nail next to the primary bed’s headboard (which we had to hammer in ourselves), and leaking air conditioners on arrival that made them unusable on the first day. The AC issue was fixed quickly once reported.Overall, we enjoyed the house and appreciated the host’s responsiveness, but the condition of the home at arrival affected our stay.

Safe Location

The host Ricardo was very accommodating for check in and also allowed us to check out late. At one point we needed extra towels and blankets and he delivered them quickly. This is a gated community with security so we all felt very safe staying here. There is a convenience store within walking distance so that is nice.There were a few cleanliness issues and the shower water was cold but other than that we were happy there.

Owner/Mgr very accommodating.

Between Madeleine and Ricardo we didn't have any issues checking in. Also the response time for Any of my questions was immediate. Met Ricardo in person, super friendly. Also we appreciated the security gate. They check everyone coming I'm. Overall, it was a nice stay.

It was great to have a pool for our kids when the ocean was too rough for swimming. We really enjoyed the experience of taking collectivos (#69 especially) and busses, and living away from the tourist crowd. It did take two collectivos or buses to get to most sightseeing locations though, so if you want to be close this wouldn't be the best location unless you take taxis or rent a car. We were really happy with the space for our family of seven, and for how quickly we got a response to any questions or requests.

The property is a gated property with convenient stores and nice restauraunts within a short walk. Ricardo was very helpful and accomodating with all our needs. It is about 20 minutes by car from the beach. We did visit the beach twice during our stay, but also enjoyed the property's olympic sized pool. I did not have gps the first day which is not a good idea as the roads are confusing and not clearly marked. I needed to change my sim card, sold at the nearby convenient store, to activate my phone and gps. All and all a very nice trip and accomodations were wonderful.

Cute home in Cancun

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was in a great location and I felt safe here. I was concerned about the AC but it worked very well here. It was equipped with drinking water, juice, and fresh fruits. The host was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would change is we didn’t have any trash bags and the master shower was very messy and the water leaked out the shower. I think it needs a new shower head and a longer shower curtain. Regardless I wouldn’t miss out on the gem.

Great Service

We rented this property for 28 days and were extremely pleased with the service we received from Madeline and her sister. The house is in a safe development near local restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The house is large and rooms are well distributed. We were a family of four and were completely comfortable during our stay. Only one television in TV room and seating for only two may be a problem for larger groups. As we rented for a longer than usual period of time, we essentially lived like locals and accepted any nuances that come with living outside the US, but anytime we needed help the sisters were always available and ready to assist. We would definitely rent this property again.

Sandra and his family are a great people, they love traveling and explore the city. We really like them and really enjoy to give them some tips for exploring Mexicans customs rather than tourist places. We definitely recommend them!! Sandra you are always welcome!!

Perfect for our family

Our stay was beautiful! The house fit our needs. I loved the little outdoor patio in the house. Our whole family absolutely loved the swimming pool!! Madeleine got life jackets for our kids to use since we could only pack one small personal bag on the plane. Those were a huge blessing!!! There were a couple minor issues with things working in the house, but they got them fixed very quickly. We are generally easy-to-please people, and things like these happen all the time in real life, so it did not bother us. I just mention it to leave an accurate review for other people. We chose not rent a car to get a more local experience for our children. Right outside the gate we took buses 26 or 69 to plaza las Americas and the city center (for ADO bus and Mercados 23 or 28), and from those places we switched routes to other destinations we wanted to visit. We speak Spanish so it worked for us. I’m thinking if you don’t speak Spanish, and therefore probably don’t want to take local transportation, definitely rent a car (assuming you feel comfortable driving there, which we did not, since we are not used to it, and had our children with us). It is not within walking distance to the beach or tourist attractions, but it’s a very nice and friendly gated community! It was a perfect place to stay for our family! We would definitely stay again!

The townhouse is in a good location. Close to restaurants,shopping and highway. I felt safe in the neighborhood. Pool was very good. A/C is good throughout the townhouse. Could use new kitchen pots and pans. Overall a great stay.
