This property is a 1900’s modernist house, that has been restored to adapt to modern needs keeping original features.
The house is in the village of Viladrau, a quiet town located in the natural park of Montseny, famous for its water springs and forest. The village has fantastic local restaurants with traditional Catalan food, bars and supermarkets.
Viladrau is located 50 Km (40") from Girona airport, and 80 KM (1' 10") from Barcelona.
Your Space:
On the ground floor you will find a spacious Kitchen with a large sitting area, dining room overseeing the gardens and the mountains, sitting room with fireplace and an office for those who need a quiet space to work.
The house has a total of 9 bedrooms and 12 beds (2 singles + 3 twin + 4 double), this allows a capacity of up to 16 guests. One of our double bedrooms is located on the ground floor, this is an ideal bedroom for those guests with difficulties to go up the stairs.
All other bedrooms are distributed through the 1st and 2nd floor. Some of the bedrooms with single beds can be prepared as double beds as special request.
You will also find 1 bathroom on the ground floor (in the office room and next to the ground floor bedroom), 3 bathrooms on the 1st floor and 1 in the 2nd floor.
On the outside you will find a comfortable elevated terrace next to the kitchen entrance that overviews the gardens, pool and mountains, ideal for those outdoor summer BBQ’s.
On the outdoor lower level of the house you will find the sunbathing area, garden and Swimming pool.
Three sides of the house outdoor area are surrounded by vegetation, this provides a relaxing and private environment for those enjoying the pool and sunbathing area, the front of the house and entrance are at street level.
This property is ideal for large family gatherings, or friend groups wanting to enjoy some time together, in a great location, surrounded by nature and with a variety of activities close by.

You will have the property to yourself during your stay. Our housekeeper will welcome you and check you in.

The property is within walking distance from the town centre of Viladrau.
Viladrau is a quiet town where you can find a variety of local restaurants to taste some Catalan food and dishes. The natural park surrounds this village, so you can enjoy a great walk around the Montnegre forest.

Getting around:
The Village centre is only a 4-minute walk from the house, so the best way to explore the town is to walk around, as there is very little traffic and the houses in the area stunning to see.
The best way to visit the surrounding villages is by car.
IMPORTANT:
Cleaning Fee: There is a 200€ cleaning fee per booking (for stay from 4 nights to 7 nights). For stays over 7 nights please check with the property.
House rules:
Pets are allowed in the house under your responsibility, if the pet damages any furniture or property structure the owner will be responsible for the cost of repair. The pet owner will also be responsible to pick up behind their pet, to ensure the gardens are kept clean and free of "surprises".
Smoking is allowed outdoors and always disposing of cigarette and ashes in an ashtray. Remember the property is in the natural park and smoking is a fire hazard, please dispose of cigarettes wisely and responsibly.
