The Sea Gate Condominiums are located directly on the beach in the beautiful town of Indian Shores. Second floor unit 206 has everything you need for that perfect get away and beach vacation! The sand and shore are literally footsteps away, but the views can be enjoyed without ever leaving the condo on our large balcony with seating for 6. Enjoy your morning coffee listening to the surf or catch the spectacular sunsets each evening. This unit is newly remodeled with a beautiful new kitchen well equipped with full sized appliances, and is fully stocked with all the tools you need for preparing meals at home. Our dining area has table seating for 6 and counter seating for 4. The unit is 3 bedrooms/2 baths and sleeps 8 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, 42” Roku TV and private access to the balcony. Off the master bedroom is a newly remodeled, full bathroom with 2 sink vanity and walk in shower. The second bedroom offers 2 queen sized beds, 42' Roku TV, and access to the second full sized bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a spacious closet. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your use and convenience. The living room has plenty of comfy seating, a 50” TV/Roku, and breathtaking ocean views. Also available is Free WIFI and cable. The entire unit is recently renovated and updated, providing you with a beautiful and comfortable space to relax and enjoy your time at Indian Shores.
There are many outside amenities to take advantage of as well. Grill up something delicious to enjoy under the tiki hut beachside with conveniently located gas grills. Also beachside is our heated pool and restrooms. On the beach you will find chairs and umbrellas available to rent and even a net for some beach volleyball.
The surrounding area of Indian Shores has countless restaurants, shops and fun things to do. Within walking distance enjoy outstanding waterfront dining at the Salt Rock Grill or shoot for par at Smugglers Cove mini golf. The Clearwater beach area and attractions are just 10 minutes to the north and St. John’s Pass shopping and entertainment 10 minutes to the south. For thrill seekers Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are just a 45 minute drive into Tampa and just a little further is the Orlando area including the Disney properties, Universal and Sea World. Tampa International Airport and St. Pete/Clearwater International Airport are both just a short 30 minute drive.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Sea Gate 206 for the week of Christmas. We have stayed at other places along the gulf coast, from Indian Shores down to Punta Gorda. This was by far our favorite location. The apartment was very clean and thoughtfully furnished and comfortable. It was very well stocked, with everything from cooking ware, to beach supplies, to things like dishwasher detergent and laundry soap. The location couldn't be better, with the beach outside the back of the building, restaurant and coffee shop within walking distance, and groceries and souvenirs a short drive away. We stayed here with my 80-year-old father who uses a walker and found the elevator and grab bars in the walk-in shower to be extremely helpful. Amy was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to visiting again.

We had a great time! The condo was perfect! So clean and had everything we needed. The ocean views were spectacular! Amy was a great host, I didn’t need anything during our stay but leading up to it, she communicated well and responded very quickly. I highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be back!

The small touches are what made this place and the owner great to deal with. I don't know if it was on purpose, but the for entry code was the same as the last 4 digits of my cell phone, so the while family could easily remember it and her in/out easily! The condo was fantastic, everything was needed for the room as well as the beach! This was the first condo where more than the first day's supplies were provided. There were plenty of trash bags, dishwasher and clothes washer pods, toilet paper rolls, etc. for the entire trip to not have to worry!! Then there was the closet full of beach equipment from chairs to balls to shovels and everything needed to have fun for any age. The entire condo was clean and so refreshing!! The kitchen was very well stocked and a wonderful griddle that was perfect. They also had grilling utensils if you wanted to use the outdoor grill, which was in really good shape for a community grill!The owner communicated really well and indicated the previous guests had problems with the dryer not drying well. I'm at pretty handy dude and was able to diagnose and fix the dryer so it ran perfect. Overall we WILL be booking this condo again- we love Indian Shores and loved this place!

We loved this property! It was beautifully decorated and overall just cozy. Plenty of room for our family. Tons of closet space. Also so much stuff was provided from laundry detergent and dish detergent to beach toys. Property owner was also very easily accessible if needed. Would stay highly recommend this location.

The condo we stayed in was amazing, beautifully decorated, very clean and much attention to detail in providing things we might need. There were even beach towels we could use! We had a great family vacation!

Florida Family Vacation

Everything went well, the construction was the only down side. The unit itself was clean, well maintained, complete kitchen, laundry supplies detergent, bounce, and spray and wash, appliances looked new. The view was great, beach access was right there! If I had known about the construction I would have booked elsewhere. Waking up to concrete drilling at 7am was not welcomed by most of the group.The outside grill area was also not accessible due to construction. Once construction is done it would be a neautiful place to stay .

Great time, we will be back!

Property was clean, convenient, and a pleasure to stay at. Steps from the beach and pool[didnt use]. Location was pwrfect for out needs. Plenty of space and clean. The beach chairs. Toys and towels were such a great perk!. My son LOVED and appreciated the Boogie board. Local places were also a win. INDAIN SHORES COFFEE, Nachmans, IS trading Co. CoCo's and Friendlys were cool spots for fun chill.nights. The ownwrs were a joy to deal with and we will keep this place i. Minds for future trips shCo.shores trading

Our new happy place!

Everything you see in the pictures is what it is! It is very, very clean and updated. Beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrella are all in the closet... Winn-Dixie is a 5 minute drive for whatever you need! Make sure you bring your ground coffee or buy one if you're a coffee petson like us! Cant wait to come back! Thanks so much Amy!

Great property - updated, good amenities

Had a great stay at this condo. The entire unit felt recently updated. Counters, cabinets, furniture was all in great shape. Owners provided ample access to power strips / charging ports. Little things like advice on opening the blinds, to providing lots of coasters were appreciated (many condos seem to lack these for some reason). Also, lots of beach toys and chairs came in very handy, and fans for the bedrooms were available. Basically, the unit is laid out in a way that you would want to actually stay at. Communication with the owner was great as well. The only caveats to look out for (not this unit's issue, just things to note): - One parking spot is assigned to the unit, and other vehicles need to use a Guest spot. However, there are only a few Guest spots, so you might have to park in another Unit's spot. This left us scratching our head on which spot to take, so we guessed on where to park our 2nd car. Make sure to leave your phone number on the pass, in case another owner needs to get in touch with you to move your car. - The Seagate condo does not have a sign on the ground level. We passed the building multiple times before we finally realized which lot to pull into. There is a Seagate sign about 20 or 30 feet up the front of the building, so make sure to look up when you are approaching on the GPS.

Beautiful condo. Pictures don’t do it justice. We had everything that we could have needed at our fingertips. The decor was gorgeous throughout. Communication with Amy was great. Location of Sea Gate was perfect. We had a wonderful week-long stay! Definitely will be back!!

Wonderful and accessible!

I did a lot of research prior to this trip because we were traveling with my parents and my father has a lot of mobility restrictions. We needed a place that was directly on the beach not just close to it and with an elevator, seating that my dad could get in and out of easily, handholds in the shower, etc. This property exceeded those expectations and the owner was super helpful and responsive to all of my questions prior to coming. We were able to get my dad down the beach and swimming, which was huge. The property itself was quiet and very comfortable for everyone in our group. The beach was busy, but not so crowded that we couldn’t easily find a place to set up our towels each day. It felt very private to that particular condo and families, the beach area was very clean. The unit had beach chairs and beach toys, which was nice to not have to purchase those items. There is a Publix close by if you have a car. We also really enjoyed the restaurants that were close by, we were able to try a different one every day. My parents kept saying they’d love to come back and stay again, this unit was perfect size for our group of 7, great location, close to everything, very relaxing. Only complaint is we didn’t book a longer stay!

the condo was just as explained. enough seating for all, for both game night and movie night. (6) Was thrilled to find some basic and simple amenities. great to also find beach fun items to use. its hard flying in. you cant bring everything you own and its hard to shop for some necessities for just 5 days. perfect location and the property was well maintained.

Sea Gate 206 has been in our family for many years. I am originally from the Seattle area but came to Tampa in '94 to attend Florida College in Temple Terrace. It wasn't long before I made Tampa my home after meeting my husband and becoming addicted to the sun:) My husband and I soon began coming to Indians Shores/Sea Gate and it quickly became our favorite vacation spot. Fortunately since we live such a short distance we are able to come enjoy the condo when it is not rented. We have spent time here every summer vacationing with our two children and often extended family. Both my husband and my own parents live here in Tampa as well as my sister-in-law and her family. Indian Shores has become a very special place for our family and we have enjoyed countless birthday's, celebrations, and vacations here together. It has been a joy to recently renovate and update our family beach home and I look forward to sharing it so you too can create lasting memories with your loved ones.

The best feature of Sea Gate is definitely the location. The building sits directly on Indian Shores beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Not only is the sun, sand, and surf just steps away, but you can enjoy it all from the balcony without even leaving your condo. From the master bedroom you can hear the surf and while cooking dinner in the kitchen you can watch the sunset. The whole town of Indian Shores is very family friendly and offers much in the way of shops, recreation, and restaurants. Over the years our own family has created several tradition around town that our kids don't ever let us forget...Joto's Pizza, Smuggler's Cove Mini Golf, and always, ALWAYS Candy Kitchen!!
