This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has two outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.


The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129.00 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $13.00 amenities fee per condo.

This was perfect for our family of 5. So much space! One bedroom/bath with kitchen and living room for us and adjoining two bedroom/2 bath with kitchen and living room for our 3 sons. Fun amenities with free game room and mini golf and great location.

Wonderful property and excellent communication from the host. The one and only issue we ran into was a neighbor who smoked A LOT during our stay, and the smell came in through our vents. The neighbor unfortunately made the stay a 4/5 with the strong smell, but the property and owners were wonderful. I reported this to the front desk, but I donā€™t think anything came from doing that.

Love this property! The condo was stylish, clean, and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved the balcony, the spacious common area, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals in-between our restaurant excursions. There were high-definition flatscreens in every room, so all family members were accommodated with their individual viewing preferences (LOTS of channels and viewing choices!). The pool, gaming area, and miniature golf course were loved by my entire family. After a day at Busch Gardens or Water Country, our vacation continued when we returned to the resort. We will ABSOLUTELY stay here again, and would highly recommend to others who are interested in bringing their family to the Williamsburg area!

Great stay in Williamsburg

Excellent spot to stay for our visit to Williamsburg. The set up was perfect for my family of 6 (2 adults 4 kids age range 4-10.) we were able to have two connected units. The complex allowed enough activity for onsite entertainment. It was close enough to outside activities - Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, Shopping - to be a convient place to stay. Eateries within 3-15min outside the complex. Food offerings on site are limited but delicious.

The condo would have been perfect if the livingroom furniture had been even remotely comfortable. It was murder trying to relax in the livingroom after a long, hot day. There was a couch and 3 chairs. Every piece of furniture was extremely uncomfortable! Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Very clean! Very nice resort! Wonderful pools and arcade! Unfortunately, the salesman for the timeshare schpiel was almost aggressive. I was very close to telling him off!

This property was great! The rooms were clean and fresh. The pools were well maintained. I was so impressed with the arcade and the fact that all the games were free to guests! We had an infant 2 children under 10 and 4 adults and we were all very well entertained and so happy with our vacation!

Great stay in Williamsburg

The rental is in a vacation club and has an ample number of amenities. The arcade is well stocked with regular arcade/pinball, as well as four gaming console stations. The indoor/outdoor pool is heated and the mini golf is fun. The room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the front desk staff was slow to any requests, such as asking for someone to clean the rug or send a vacuum for us to do it, or when we needed towels or dish detergent

Spacious resort accommodation in Suburban area

We enjoyed our time at this property, with the exception of the low-level harassment to attend time-share sales presentations. We arrived at 2:30 and were allowed to check in early. The desk personnel immediately switched us to a different unit than the "Hearing impaired" property we were apparently reserved against. I questioned this, as my understanding was the VRBO property contact owned a specific unit, but was assured by the desk personnel that moving us to a different unit was no problem. The concierge who gave us keys offered us discounted tickets to Busch Gardens if we would attend the 90 minute sales pitch; we declined. The following day they called the unit and asked about our plans for Christmas Day; my daughter excused herself and hung up. Other than this aggravation, the unit was spacious, fairly clean (some dirty dishes were outside our unit in the hallway from the time we showed up to the time we left 4 days later), and fairly convenient to downtown Williamsburg. We did not use any of the resort amenities as we had a full schedule. I meant to go look at them but never made it over to the entertainment buildings. We found the property very comfortable and roomy. THE RESORT CHARGES AN ADDITIONAL $7/day "resort fee" on TOP of the VRBO accounted charges.
