Perched above the pasture and woodland of the beautiful River Don valley, within sight of the river itself, Easter Knocklea Cottage is one of just two traditional stone built cottages under slate roofs that share astonishing views from virtually every window, not just of the river valley but also the hills of the Cairngorms National Park. Cherished by our family for fifteen years, Easter Knocklea has recently undergone a complete renovation to provide a a glorious, peaceful and tranquil rural retreat from the rigours of life with an open log fire, open plan reception rooms, cosy bedrooms and beautifully appointed bathrooms.
