Great stay!

The Shipyard is a quiet place without any problems. The pool is a big bonus!

The property was very clean and very thoughtfully updated. Kitchen, bathroom, linens, and towels were all well stocked. Loved the little details such as cabinet lighting, motion sensor lighting in bathroom, access to proper plugs and usb(c) chargers in every bed stand. Loved the patio and outdoor shower. Overall an amazing property and once of the better one we have stayed at. Thank you for sharing your home with us. 💕💕💕

We really enjoyed having the back patio to spend our evenings having a glass of wine & grilling dinner. The kitchen was small but was very well stocked. We always enjoy staying in the Truman Annex because of the closeness to activities but yet it’s quiet, away from Duval St. We would definitely rent this condo when we return again.

What you see is What you get = an amazing stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as you see in the pictures, which started our vacation off perfectly! The property mgmt. was excellent when we called that the two twins had not been converted to a king as requested, and had someone over within 20 min of our call. The kitchen may look small, but it held more for us to use when cooking and enjoying this home to the fullest than any other rental we have stayed at over the years.We have stayed in Shipyard before (at another rental), and love the location, the landscape, and all it has to offer. We will definitely return to ADRIFT, and highly recommend others to enjoy this well appointed rental too! Only one recommendation to the owners, and that would be to add a mirror in each bedroom to give everyone adequate/private time when getting ready, but no matter if you don't there is a beautiful mirror hanging right outside of the bathroom, which we made great use of.

Great trip to Key West!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location for walking around Key West, however, the property could use a little maintenance. Ceiling fans all had fan blades that needed tightening, the shower spigot leaked and had a drain plug that wasn’t connected to the tub, and the patio doors needed replacing as they are falling apart from use. Also, there is a piece of door trim to the patio that, at one time, was eat up from a previous infestation of termites and falling apart. Most of these are minor fixes and didn’t detract from our vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. We had stayed there last year as well. However, the front door still sticks when you try to close it as it did last year. Also, the TVs in the living room and bedroom off the back deck have 2 remotes but it is unclear how to use the remotes. It would help if there were instructions as to which remote is used for what purpose. The TVs appear to be connected to different systems as the channels do not seem to match. When we arrived, there was a notice to not have the temperature go below 74 degrees or we may be charged for repairs. However, the temperature in the condo was 66 degrees so were not sure what this message meant.

Met all of our needs!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit to Key West! This condo served our needs well. It is very well located, is very quiet and has newer finishes. Note the space is smaller than it appears in the pictures. We never were able to figure out the TV or their cable channels were turned off- but that was not a big deal. The property management company (Compass) was easy to deal with and very helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the Key West Truman Shipyard Annex before where this particular property is located. Good location just 2 blocks off Duval Street within walking and biking distance to most downtown locations and activities. Park the car for the stay and walk or cycle during your stay without downtown parking hassles. Nice property, reasonably priced for the area, nicely renovated with modern costal / spa type decor, and has most of what you need for your stay. A few minor negatives: (1) back patio grill propane tank wasn't checked prior to visit and ran out mid stay so we weren't able to use the grill as planned, (2) back patio light had burned out light bulb and had to change the light bulb in order to see while outside on the deck, (3) very nicely furnished back deck that unfortunately backs up to a bit noisy lighted side street that has car, foot and city bus traffic that connects Duval street to the Truman / ship dock park area. Otherwise very nice stay. Will consider using it again on a future trip. Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and nice although the front door had to be slammed to stay shut and we bought a rubber mat for the tub/shower as the tub was slick and small. We did swifter the condo every day as the floor did get dirty.
