Located in the middle of Gatlinburg. Remodeled in Spring of 2022.
Our premier NO PETS / NO SMOKING unit has one bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed and large wall mounted flat screen TV, custom décor with plantation blinds..
The kitchen has ample nice oak cabinets, a new four burner glass topped electric stove, toaster, large microwave, new frost free refrigerator w/ top freezer. Has 12 cup Drip coffee maker & Single cup Keurig coffee maker.
There are ample nice utensils, upscale dishes and stainless steel cookware.
The den has a large flat screen TV and DVR along with a comfortable sofa that converts into a Premium 7" mattress Queen size bed suitable for up to 2 KIDS.
It has two new very comfortable matching Lazy-boy rocker recliners.
The condo has No hassle check in/out with KEYLESS ENTRY.
The den has a wide sliding glass door leading to the adjacent private covered balcony with table and four chairs overlooking the outside pool, kiddie pool and hot tub.
There is an ashtray on the balcony table for smokers, since this is a no smoking unit.
Since this is a NO Pet condo, Guest will be evicted if a pet is found in the condo and Guest is required to pay an additional $500 deep cleaning so future guests will not suffer from any allergies from pet dander or other remnants from your pet.
Please contact owner for possible added cleaning charges if you have any animal that you want to bring, including any Verified service animal.

Unfortunately the hot tub and heated pool were out of order due to the season. Otherwise we had a great time and the walking distance to downtown was spectacular. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Will be coming back this summer with our daughter.

Thank you for being our guests and for the great review. There are lots of things to do early in the season like going to the nearby National Forest or just walking around downtown checking out all that Gatlinburg offers. Please know that our outside hot tub and the heated pool are normally open around early April through October. This schedule is followed by most lodging in Gatlinburg. Sometimes we have light snow or freezing temperatures until April. We would like to have you as our guests anytime, but the outside pool should be open and comfortable late April through early October. Thanks again for choosing to be our guests. Sincerely, Sam

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the final destination after a two month journey through Florida and Georgia. It did not disappoint.Great walkability and lovely views. We would happily return.The condo was well stocked, but if you are a coffee and cream person, bring the cream!Fabulous host and very reachable when needed.Our only regret was not booking a longer stay.

It was all we could ask plus some ! Location gets a A. Great restaurants and attractions in walking distance!!! Traffic was very busy but we were never stuck because it kept moving steadily! We went to SkyPark , Pancake Pantry, the Village , Pottery House, Mel’s Diner, Pirates Voyage. and Titanic . Oh also Parrrot MountAin .

Our get away!

Location was very close to everything we needed and wanted to do! We did not have to drive… just walked a couple blocks and there we were…downtown Gatlinburg!! There are so many things to do and see! We will have to come back to do it all!

Elaine and I grew up in different towns in the Northwest corner of South Carolina and have lived and worked within a 20 mile radius of where we were born. I am retired after working over 47 years in the same place and Elaine retired last year after 30 years at the local Electric COOP. Our parents sometimes vacationed in Gatlinburg so it was just natural that when we met we realized we both loved Gatlinburg and the mountains. After we married, we continued to visit Gatlinburg whenever we could and have grown to love it even more than we did our first trip over 50 years ago.
Both our boys loved the mountains and the many hiking trails and of course playing in the pools and streams. God has blessed us with two precious grandchildren that also love to go to Gatlinburg for the same reasons their dad did plus Dollywood and all the local shows and attractions.

We looked for over three years at many different places around Gatlinburg and finally settled on what we felt like was the perfect fit for us.
It is in downtown Gatlinburg so we can walk wherever we want to go without looking for a paid parking space. There is also a trolley stop in front of the condo if we want to leave our car at the condo and go shopping.
Gatlinburg has many excellent restaurants and a great variety of shops within walking distance.
The downtown Gatlinburg Convention Center is a 10-15 minute walk from the condo and it has a lot of music shows, many trade and craft shows, sometimes there may be three different activities going on at the same time.
Gatlinburg is not only a very safe place to visit, but is also close to all types of activities that can be reached by walking, thus saving time looking for a parking place.
