This house is just huge, Architecturally designed, $400k renovation just completed with opulent luxury living in mind. Only the highest quality German Made Stainless Steel Miele appliances and fittings have been installed Very High 3.3 Metre Ceilings with Ornate Victorian features, 3 Full Bathrooms, massive Lounge (25 sqm). 75" Inch Sony TV with Netflix and Bose Surround Sound System. Full Kitchen and Laundry Facilities. Full Access to 3 Bathrooms with Rain Showers, Bathtub etc Plush Carpet throughout. Fully Dimmable Downlights in Every Room, Central Heating and A/C independently Controlled. An enormous Master Bedroom, huge Queen Size Bedroom, and 2 large double bedrooms. there is also a Loft with a queen size bed. There is also a fully self Contained Studio Apartment downstairs with Double bed, Kitchen and Full Bathroom accessible via internal stairs. This is the closest House to the city you will find, Location, Location, Location.

All Linens and Bedding is provided as well as Towels. You can also use either of the 2 large 10kg washing machines with free laundry powder and 2 dryers. Out the back we have a table basking in the afternoon sunshine. Parking Permits can be supplied for $10 per day for use anywhere on the street.

Full Access to 3 Bathrooms which each Contain a Toilet, Walk in overhead rain shower, and vanity.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Can I book the apartment for Tonight/Tomorrow/Next Week?

A: Yes, If the calendar has the date marked as available then feel free to proceed with a booking even at the last minute and it will be confirmed right away, I update the calendar almost every day and there is no need to email me to confirm the date/s you require even if the booking is for the same day, check in a few hours or minutes, you are welcome to stay. I can usually always get back to you straight away. The House is very, very popular, especially on the weekends so it's best to just book before someone else does and contact me afterwards unless you have some specific questions that would prevent you from proceeding.

Q: I would like to book your listing for a date in the future that doesn't appear to be currently available, is it possible and can you open those dates on the calendar for me?

A: If the date is not listed as available then it has already been booked or unavailable for some other reason (maintenance etc) please only enquire for dates that are listed as available on the calendar. If this suits your needs, then feel free to make a reservation right away for any date/s within the next 12 months.

Q: My Flight Arrives Very Late in the Evening/Night, would it be possible to check in very late?

A: Yes, I have had guests arrive as late as 1-2am which is absolutely fine. We have automated check in available 24 hours a day.

Q: My Flight arrives very early in the morning can I check in before the normal check-in time of 3pm?

A: Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am, this allows 3-4 hours for the cleaners to come and change bedding and do general cleaning. However if the apartment is not occupied from the night before then you can obviously check in as early as you like. If the apartment is occupied from the night before then it is possible by prior arrangement to leave bags from 11am onwards while the cleaners are there, you can then take a set of keys, leave and then come back after 3pm when the cleaners have finished.

Q: My Flight Departs late in the Afternoon/Evening, can I check out at 11am, leave my bags in the apartment and come back for them later in the day?

A: Yes, usually this is fine. The official check in time is 3pm for the next guests so as long as the bags are picked up by then it's ok. A later pickup time is available if the next guests arrive to check in later obviously, just check with me first and I'll ask them in advance. Obviously it's not possible to leave bags after the time in which the next guests check in as this can cause privacy issues. An alternative option is to leave your bags at Central Station which is located only 4 minutes walk away or at a number of hotels nearby by negotiation.

Q: We are driving into Sydney, do you have parking available during our stay?

A: The House is right in the City, literally! So parking is free on Sundays and everyday between 10pm and 8am and limted to 1 hour free parking at other times. However we can provide council provided scratch cards for $10 each which are valid until 8am the next day. There is no limit on the number of cards you can purchase for multiple days. These there is unlimited free parking on lang rd near moor park/Fox Studios which is about a 30 minute walk away if you are happy to leave it on a public arterial road near the park.

Q: Do you Provide Towels and Linen?

A: Yes, All Linen and Towels are provided during your stay, washed and cleaned on site.

Q: How Far to the nearest Train Station/Supermarket?

A: We are Located in Downtown Sydney, so you can walk to just about anywhere in minutes. "Museum Station" is only a 5 minute walk down oxford st with direct connections to the airport, a bus stop to all the eastern suburbs beaches like Bondi, Coogee, Maroubra and Watsons Bay is only a 2 minute walk away, Buses also depart from just across the road to the Opera House and Circular Quay (however even those locations are just a 15 minute walk away) for Sydney harbour ferry connections to sights such as Manly and Taronga Zoo. Just around the corner, about a 5 minute walk, there is a Woolworths Supermarket open until 11 midnight every day, Aldi super market which is a 3 minute walk and Coles supermarket just a 5 min walk away.

Q: I would like to book for just a Saturday Night, is it possible?

A: Normally a 2 or 3 night minimum would apply (2 in winter, 3 in the peak Summer Months) for a Saturday Night stay due to the fact that it is very difficult to find another guest that would want to book just the Friday night or Sunday without including the Saturday night. And from experience single saturday night stays result in crazy parties where the house ends up trashed, makes the neighbours angry and ultimately would result in Airbnb banning me from being a host. For this reason I have a strict NO PARTIES policy. However you can send me a message just in case, its sometimes possible if you have good reviews and if a longer term booking checks out on a Saturday or checks in on a Sunday.

Q: When is payment made for the booking and Security Deposit?

A: Airbnb policy is to take 50% at the time of booking to secure the reservation, the Security deposit is held in a trust account by Airbnb and released back to your credit card the day after check-out.

Q: How Long will it take to get from the airport to the House?

A: For International Arrivals, I would allow about 45 minutes to clear customs and collect your bags and 30 mins for domestic arrivals) + 30-45 mins for public transport so 60-90 mintues all together in my experience is about right. The train is about $17 per person and a Taxi is around $35-$40 so for 2 or more people, a Taxi or Uber is usually a better option provided you are not travelling in Peak Hour Traffic which is 7:30am-9:30am or 3:30pm-7pm on Weekdays.
