Plenty of room for the whole family. Very clean The beds were comfortable. Location was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. I would definitely recommend this house if you are in the Davenport area.

The house was nice. However, the guests that stayed before us clearly had a party as there was trash in the yard as well as busted party balloons and tape that we ourselves had to clean up. We did have a couple of maintenance issues that were never resolved. Other than those things, the house was large enough for our group and there was plenty of restrooms for everyone to feel comfortable.

I sincerely apologize for the condition of the yard upon your arrival. That is not the standard we aim to provide, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with leftover trash and decorations. I will be addressing this with our cleaning team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. I’m also sorry that the maintenance issues you experienced were not resolved during your stay. House is beautiful and clean. Plenty of room!! Heater never worked on the pool and the oven quit working while we were there. These are just a couple small things though. Overall great place!!

Was a great location for the family to get together and relax. There was a private pool for the family to use that is heated in the winter. There is also a lazy river with a pool (extra to use). House was a perfect size! Would recommend brining your own seasoning and cookie sheet for cooking. Great location about 30-60 min to Disney/Universal depending on I-4 and time of day.

Property was exactly like photos on line. Clean and everything was as stated. My family really enjoyed our time together in this home. Would definitely recommend staying in this home .

Great place to stay!
