Enjoy breathtaking views from our cozy Girdwood chalet, just a short walk to the mountain resort, local restaurants, and popular venues. After a day of skiing or hiking, unwind in our large hot tub, nestled in a serene, private wooded setting. Please note: Hot tub use ends at 10 PM—no exceptions. Security cameras are in use on the property.



The Space:

Our private home is ideally located near world-class ski slopes, scenic hiking trails, and beautiful biking routes. We hope you have a wonderful stay and enjoy everything Girdwood has to offer!



**House Guidelines** *(Agreed to at the time of booking)*



* **No Parties:** Our home is designed to be a peaceful place to relax and unwind, not a party house. We live nearby, value our relationship with our neighbors, and have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or events. Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.



* **Quiet Hours:** Please observe quiet hours from **10:00 PM to 8:00 AM** out of respect for our wonderful year-round neighbors—we're fortunate to be one of them!



* **Guest Limit:** The number of guests on your reservation is the maximum number permitted to stay at the home and use the hot tub. If your plans change, please reach out—we're always happy to help.



* **Hot Tub:** Hot tub hours end at **10:00 PM**. Please help us care for it by following the hot tub guidelines provided in the home. Excessive cleaning or damage beyond normal use may result in additional charges. If the hot tub requires draining, specialty cleaning, and a full water replacement due to misuse or contamination, a **$500 service fee** may be applied.



* **No Smoking:** Smoking, vaping, and the use of recreational drugs are not permitted anywhere on the property, including porches, decks, and doorways.



* **Shoe-Free Home:** Please remove your shoes when you're inside the home to help keep it clean and comfortable for everyone.



* **No Pets:** Pets are not permitted at the property.

Guests have full access to the private hot tub and all amenities. We take pride in keeping our hot tub well-maintained and serviced regularly.

You're in the heart of Girdwood! Alyeska Resort, local restaurants, and **Girdwood Brewing Company** are all just a short walk away. While a car is convenient for exploring beyond town, many of Girdwood's favorite spots are easily accessible on foot, and Glacier Valley Transit is a great option for getting around the valley.



Getting Around:

While Uber and Lyft are not readily available in Girdwood, we encourage you to take advantage of **Glacier Valley Transit**, our wonderful local public transit system.



They provide **free transportation throughout the Girdwood Valley**, and while rides are free, a suggested donation of **$3 or more** is greatly appreciated to help support the service.

Other Things to Note:

**Security**



For the safety and security of our guests and property, the home is equipped with exterior security cameras. There are **no cameras or recording devices inside the home**, and your privacy indoors is always respected.



**Grocery Tips**



If you're traveling from out of the area, we recommend picking up groceries in **Anchorage** before heading to Girdwood. Our local grocery store, **Crow Creek Mercantile**, is convenient for last-minute items but has a limited selection.



The tap water is excellent and perfectly safe to drink.



A standard drip coffee maker is provided—just bring your favorite ground coffee!
