Explore nearby Delray Beach. The property offers two swimming pools and Jacuzzi on the 5th floor landing, with beautiful views. The building includes secure parking, 24-hour front desk service, and a fitness facility.
Beachpass for Oceanpark beach is included in the house! Presenting the pass card you will be given two chairs and an umbrella at the beach that is only 1 mile away!

If lost it has a cost of $75 that will be charged into your account.

I felt safe in the area, especially because I was traveling by myself. But I did not have a parking pass for the beach!!! The one pool that was open was lovely.

The building is very secure, with a gate for parking and someone at the front door. The location is ideal, easy access from the express way and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. There is construction ongoing, only had an issue with drilling on one day, otherwise you could barely notice them. The beach chairs and umbrella was a huge plus. The apartment itself is clean and updated. The pool area is very nice, water was very warm. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was smaller than the one we had previously. There was no balcony, no tv in the bedroom and no ice cube trays. The coffee machine did not work properly and the bed was very old and not comfortable. The toilet was not functioning correctly and making hissing sounds.

VACATION FROM HELL

Greeted by a surly woman who worked for the condo complex and was annoyed by our presence and questions. Reluctantly pointed to the key cabinet and refused to accept emergency Fedex package.Apartment was dark, cramped and dirty. No soap in bathroom, threadbare towels, public hair in shower, assorted left-over, off-brand shampoo from previous renters. Awakened the next morning at 7am to jack-hammering and construction under our window. We were never told that there would be construction occurring during our stay.Contacted the manager the first night and the following morning to express our concerns. Her initial reaction was to inquire whether we had seen the pool area. After the second day she promised to contact the rental agency, RentandFun, Inc. We told her that we were leaving the property immediately because it was inhabitable and dangerous. Although it was difficult to find alternative accommodation we were lucky to find the last room at a Fairfield Inn for twice the cost of our original reservation.RentandFun, Inc offered us 80% of our original payment although we believed they should have refunded the entire payment since the unit was subpar, dirty, and unsafe.

Very nice Small apartment. exactly as advertised. Very Clean, modern appliances, WiFi, etc. Owner was very responsive when needed to contacted them.

Great location and property

The condo was very clean and communication with the owner was great. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I liked the security of the garage. Although we didn’t use the pool, we walked around those areas as well as the gym. All areas looked inviting and in well-maintained shape. Two suggestions for an enhanced stay would be to have a TV in the bedroom and a walk-in shower, otherwise, it was a great stay and I would return here to rent.

Just what I needed

I was down to visit family and do some local business. The apt. is perfect to a place to relax, sleep, and shower. Access is limited to key fobs and garage opener, so felt very secure and safe. There is NO view out of the windows, just a rooftop and backs of blank walls. This apt. is uniquely situated between an unused stairwell and an exterior hall/doorway to an outside condo so there is no noise from pretty much anything! Staff was excellent too, always very helpful.

All as adveŕtised

The unit was very clean and well organized. The location was within walking distance to nice waterfront restaurants. There is a cute French bakery a 2 minute walk from the front entrance. The beach pass was wonderful. A great private beach with 2 chairs and an umbrella, a short 5 minute drive from the unit. The pools and clubhouse room were terrific and the fulltime residents were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Two minor suggestions. One drinking glass for an apartment is not sufficient. A couple more glasses need to be supplied. A mini dish drainer would also be helpful since there is no dishwasher. Overall, this was a great rental and we would highly recommend it for 1 or 2 persons.

Very nice condo resort

I was very impressed with this resort and this condo. This condo resort is immaculate. The landscaping is gorgeous and the pool area was great with panarama views it was incredible. The mini apartment we stayed in was clean, cozy and comfortable. We really enjoyed the access to the parking garage and the elevators to the fifth floor pool area and gym. Highly recommend this for your next getaway! Location is superb!

Great Building/ Condo needs work

The Building was great the pool, workout area and location was good. Having access to the beach was really great with good service there. The condo itself was disappointing. *The cable TV was not available (HDMI 3 didn’t exist on the TV as directions stated) *The directions for WiFi etc…seem outdated *The tub drain was disassembled and we had to reassemble to use the tub *The fan in the bathroom was loud and didn’t seem to work at all during and after showering *The AC unit was loud *A remote for the ceiling fan in the bedroom was broken and didn’t work *There was no Tv in the bedroom *The bed was uncomfortable but might have been OK if the sheets weren’t so bad (like sandpaper) *The door to the washer and dryer is off it’s track and didn’t want to go back on *Late in our stay we went to use the microwave and it was not working (Code F7 was showing) *Last night there went to take trash to the garbage shute and it was overflowing with trash *Woman who checked us in was rude and disrespectful *We had to search three cabinets to find the lock box with the key for our condo upon areova…seemed odd to me as there is about 100 in the cabinet. The person at the desk didn’t assist at all just opens the door and said look for yours The area is really decent and is up and coming, this location is good and the overall building is why we would come back, just not at this particular condo.

A Hidden Gem

This apartment, in a beautiful high-rise, was perfect for us. My sister and I laid back by the pool and visited the beach. Local festivities ie: Pirate Fest and restaurants made our vacation a memorable one. The people are amazing and the neighborhood is thriving! Our hosts were great. I had questions and received prompt answers. All amenities ate within walking distance. Using a LYFT or UBER will not break the bank. Usually under $10.00 each way. Well...Im going back! See you there!!
