This location was particularly loved by all the family members who rented 3 houses in the area because of the large kitchen with a big dining table, we found ourselves cooking and eating in this house every night. Several of us also watched the final FIFA world cup game and had good seating.One suggestion is that the handrail on the front entrance would be helpful on the other side because the front door open blocks the rail. Some of us rely more on handholds than others.

It was wonderful to hear that Lincoln 1 became the place where everyone enjoyed sharing meals together. A big kitchen and dining table have a way of bringing people together, and we're so glad the home worked so well for your family during your visit. The absolute best vacation rental I've booked this year. Everything is clean and new, all the small details have been thought of, much like staying in a hotel. Great location, nice layout, simply the best. Stay here! You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful and comfortable

Brenda was the best host. The house was equipped with just about anything we would have needed to make our stay comfortable and was beautifully decorated.I would not hesitate to book one of her properties.

This is our second stay in Muskegon and specifically our second stay at one of Brenda’s properties. We had an incredible vacation! We took the dogs to the beach every day since it was so close, followed by grilling and exploring the area. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed, and she even provided extra for the dogs so they would feel comfortable. We will be booking again!

We were very impressed with this home. There are many reasons why I give this rental top marks. First, it was immaculately clean. I use vacation rentals frequently and carefully read reviews so, most I stay in are clean. But, this house stands out for it’s pristine cleanliness. Second, all the items provided for use during your stay. We just kept coming across more and more things they provided that you might need. It was truly remarkable. Third, the decor is thoughtful and up to date with everything in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this property!

Very nice place. Plenty of room, nicely decorated, very welcoming. Plenty of dishes etc if you want to eat there. Back yard was great and dog friendly. Front porch was nice. Neighborhood is quiet and we were able to walk the dogs. Felt safe there. Best part is you are walking distance to Frosty Cove if you want ice cream.

Great place to stay, off-season area

Our stay here was fantastic. The home is ideal and we couldn’t ask for more, especially traveling with a dog. Very friendly. The location was slightly questionable, as the area appeared slightly run-down, which i expect is largely exacerbated by the off-season

Yard games are available for easy fun—Yard Yahtzee is a favorite—and the fire pit is the perfect spot to gather in the evenings, share stories, and unwind under the stars.
