The living room offers comfortable leather furnishings including a sleeper sofa, a year-round electric fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV perfect for cozy evenings. The custom kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double refrigerators, ranges, microwaves, dishwashers, and sinks, plus all cookware and tableware needed. The dining area seats 10 with an additional 3 at the kitchen island. A convenient half bath and laundry area complete this level’s common spaces.

The two bedrooms each feature king-size beds, flat-screen TVs, private bathrooms with tub/shower combos, and one bedroom has direct access to the outdoor deck.
