Nice condo with great access to Southern Utah

Great condo with plenty of room for extended family. Supplied with all needed items for basic needs. Plenty amenties and great location to Southern Utah. Will stay at this condo in the future.

Great place to stay!!

This was our second year in St George Utah. This condo was so comfortable and was easy to feel like "home." It was spacious, great sitting area both inside and on the patio. Extremely comfortable beds and adequately supplied kitchen and bathrooms. If our need in the future is for a two bedroom/two bath condo we will definitely try to stay in this same one!

Helped make a family vacation great!

This property was stocked with everything needed to enjoy your stay without spending a lot of money. The pool was quite enjoyable as well. There's a back patio that is nice to sit at and has hedged on both sides for privacy.

It was very relaxing and enjoyable to stay here!

We truly enjoyed the set up here. There was one drawback! We were right on the ground floor next to all the amenities and yet we had to walk a while to get to the public pools. We tried to buy memberships and yet they told us we would have to contact the owner to buy them. The public pools were disgusting. But the condo was very nice! Thank you for allowing us to use your home. One note, it appears that the shower heads were covered in mold. Not sure if that was just dirt or truly mold, but that was a bit concerning.

Las Palmas Overstatement

Accommodations were OK at best. I rented unit to stay with my 6 and 2 year old grandchildren for a weekend. Advertisement spoke to walking out from first floor to playground; pictures showed pools close outside. Reality - unit walked out to neighboring unit's playground which was about a block away and the pools in picture belonged to neighboring unit; Las Palmas playground and pools were a 4-6 block walk. My 2 year grandson walked to and from the pool twice each on Saturday and Sunday - what a little trooper! But certainly not what my expectation had been when I arranged rental. Plumbing was extremely noisy - one flush of toilet could be heard throughout the unit for 5 minutes afterward. The unit wasn't clean. Kitchen sink backed up Sunday afternoon. I called the office emergency / need attention now #, but didn't get a response prior to checking out Monday morning. Pools were nice, but I definitely will not stay at Las Palmas again - there are too many other alternatives.

Perfect

This condo was the perfect acommodation for my family. It was an incredible price for so much! 3 rooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, plus added amenities made this a paradise trip. We were close to Zion National Park and made a fun trip there! We also were 10 minutes from the Tuacahn theater which was great for a late night show. Peaceful and clean. Everything you could ask for!

Great place to stay.

We have rented 8 condo's at Las Palmas in St. George over the past year. Each time we have not been disappointed with any of the condo's, that is why we continue staying there. The customer service has been outstanding. They have been able to help us out every time. This last time I wanted to get into the condo one day early, they were able to make it happen with-in the hour. We will continue renting from them. The area has a number of great activities to do close by. We enjoyed Sand Hollow, Zions Park, golfing, ATV riding on miles and miles of trails.
